just got the game. there is one new enemy that caught me by surprise and also, they changed the character attributes in raid mode dramatically.
I have Revelations on my 3DS and it was really good. I am hoping that the people that bitched about this game not being on other consoles actually buy and support it so they can see that a RE game doesn’t have to be an action packed shooter to be good.

So using all those codes not only got me a lot of guns but it also lead to me unlocking a couple of achievements early. I’ve only played Raid so far but it’s pretty cool. I feel like it would work well in a The Mercenaries super game that Capcom refuses to make.

At $50 it costs more than the 3DS original.

When it launched on the 3DS price was $40. You can get the 3DS version at Amazon for $15 new.
Raid mode is fun, not many people online though.

When Re:R was announced at $40 instead of the usual MSRP of $34.99 , Capcom tried to justify it as the game having a 15-20 hour campaign and production values on par with a console game. So if both statements are true then $40 for 3DS and $50 for console isn’t as ridiculous as some of you think, although totally agree it should have been $40 on console considering how cheap it is on 3DS now.

-Nice sense of exploration and level design.
-Scanning for extra items sucks ass, and you’re forced to do it since items can be pretty scarce at times.
-Dodge mechanic is great, I’m starting to get a feel for it.
