Yea…i remember i got hit with an insta-kill by one of those blind wolverine dudes in RE4.
It made me permenantly shook of them lol. He impales you in the stomach, then lifts you up and stabs your face. So fucked up…
How the hell do I get an A on the Ship level in Mercs? I can’t kill the Chainsaw guys quick enough!
^ use rocket launcher. if I remember correctly you get 2 in that level. kill 2 chainsaw guys with 1 rocket then repeat when they are up again. proximity bombs and magnum rounds work too.
There are 3 Rocket Launchers on the Ship, at least. Also, do more melee kills to get more time.
I can’t even get them stunned to do a melee kill. I’m pounding them in the head with the Magnum (I use STARS Chris) and they either don’t die quick enough, I run out of ammo, or the other enemies start hitting me from behind. I always run out of time by either fighting the chainsaw guys, or running away from them.
Use Rocket Launchers on the chainsaw guys. Do melee kills on regular enemies to buy more time (but don’t do that while chainsaw guys are around obviously).
Only gruesome deaths in RE5 are the beheading, bebodying (when the armored giant mouth thingy with a tail shambles around to bite you in half), and in the first stage when they show majini all whacking at you with an axe.
So can someone break down to me why Wesker is so hot? I mean I can’t figure out why his charge attack is so great. Someone want to clue me in? I’m too lazy to look it up on youtube, so I figure I’ll bitch about this to SRK

I guess I didn’t understand it; like, you’re saying you have to shoot the enemies first, THEN cobra strike?
A headshot with Midnight Wesker’s H&K gives a special stun that allows you to land a Cobra Strike 100% of the time as long you didn’t blow their heads off with the initial shot. So yes you shoot them first then Cobra Strike. That is why S.T.A.R.S. Wesker is kinda garbage.
HAHAH, well you cant melee someone first without shooting them…hes good cause his cobra strike kills them instantly and has peirce so it will kill others that it hits and you get +5 seconds added to the clock for the kill you get in a cobra strike…

I find it kinda funny that the P8 being weaker than the Samurai Edge is what makes the character with the P8 better. But it makes sense.
Alright, got an A on all Mercs stages. Thanks guys, I didn’t even know there were Rocket Launchers on the Ship. But I found one, and managed to take down 2 Chainsaw guys and a couple other guys in the one shot, which comboed up enough for me to get the A.
You guys take your Wesker. For me STARS Chris is too fun to play. What do you guys think is the best version of Sheva available?

Sheva BSAA is the best Sheva, Tribal used to be good on Experimental Facility but that was it. Sheva BSAA is a poor mans Jill Battle Suite though.

Well it depends, are you just trying to get 150,000 points to get an SS rank or trying to get 600,000-800,000 points to score high on the Leaderboards? Because there is no way Tribal Sheva is breaking 600,000 on any stage lol.
The speed at which she kills hurts her more than it helps because you are not getting any melee kills except the ones you get with the Nitrogen Rounds her G.Launcher comes with. The Combo is really not all that important in Mercenaries, if you noticed on the Leaderboards most people at the top don’t even have a combo past 100 with the exception of a few who did manage to combo all 150 enemies on the stage, it still wasn’t enough to get them to the top though. Tribal Sheva lacks the crowd control needed to score Leaderboad high on levels once she runs out of nades and G.Launcher ammo and struggles versus boss enemies, have fun trying to kill Reapers and 2xChainsaw dudes with her.
where the hell is the Topaz(oval) at? it says 6-1 and its a drop but that shit never gets dropped?
when is the versus mode coming?..nothing really left for me to do except this last treasure that wont get dropped.
