Still taking shape with this one. Didn’t have a chance to work on it much today due to power failures and tornado warnings. Take a look, see what you like/dislike about the pose. there’s a little wierdness in his left (our right) foot. Aware of it, will fix.

I do graphic design, have been doing it for comission over in the premo forums for months now, including making arcade stick templates, designs for them, etc. I can sketch real pretty too, but only on paper, and without a tablet or scanner… and even then, my sketches are roughnasty.
Yeah, I’ve had the same thing going on… which is fine because I was clocked in for another 30 minutes at target because the timeclock went out. $$!
Aside from the weirdness, It looks pretty good. If I had any gripe it’d be that his far leg isn’t 100% straight, which make it weird for composition on a stick… but I can make it work.

Now thats out of the way; I’ve come to this point. I am fairly happy with this pose, but I’m not the one paying for it. If there is any disagreement on your part I will make the necessary changes. It never was my intention to do a ‘shirtless’ version, I will be adding the necessary clothing after I do a bit of research and make sure things match up with this pose. It’s up to you where to go from here.

Unfortunately I haven’t had a lot of time to work on it since Friday. Weekends are my time and I’ve been busy with my normal job today. Not to worry, I haven’t forgotten about it.

Nothing to show for now, but I’ve been working on getting some clean vector line art. Lots and lots of tweaking to do so when I’ve got something to post I’ll post it.
I understand, quality takes time. Plus I’ve been getting worked to death by targay (av related) so I haven’t been getting much done either.
Just a quick ‘I’m still working on this’ preview. The reason it’s taking so long is because of the anchor points with the brush tool in Illustrator. It gives a nice effect but it can still be messy as hell. Points to cleanup, intersections to make… that sort of thing. Let me know what you think.
