We’re no longer hosting at my house, so until next week, we’re taking a break. I am going to be working with Lee to try and figure out a way to accommodate everyone over at his house. We’ll see how it works out!

Okay so, let us get a vote going on when we want to have the Reno Ranbats.
This week we can have it on Wednesday, come pretty much any time after 6:30PM
I know that for some wed is sort of inconvenient, so we can try figure out a day that
is best for everyone (IE, vote people).
Now I was thinking, my place isn’t quite as big as Koogy’s so it might work out if we split
the day that we hold BB:CS and SSFIV Ranbats which will alleviate the space issues and
will probably better accommodate everyone’s schedule.
Let us hear what you guys think.

The gate is most likely closed, so what you want to do is go to the
left gate, which will have a panel where you can search for my name.
Also if you are having problems getting in, just go through the exit, it doesn’t
have a gate, I See people do it all the time. (that is probably the easiest)

i dont really think blazeblue and ssf4 will conflict with each other since we already know the average amount of players that show up.
I am not saying they will conflict each other in that sense, but when you need to organize in two smaller sets
(say group of 8 - 10) it is easier to control a time in which everyone from said set can get together and
work with said time. We lose a bunch of people because they can’t make it on certain days and having smaller
groups will make it more flexible, I also understand everyone has a life (job or school)
I think Saturday would be the best day for late night gaming, as anyone with a normal job/ school schedule doesn’t
work on the weekends, thus they have sunday to recover from late night gaming, but this is highly dependant on
everyones schedules.

Friday: Lee
Saturday: Lee, Koogy
Well, having everyone show up to one event is probably the best deal we can hope for. It keeps the community really active. What will probably happen as a side effect, is that you will be hosting two huge events every week instead of one huge event. People are hungry!
I’ll be down to sit down and figure out exactly how to do this… unless there are some other options, such as clubhouses / UNR / some school’s room we can use.
So last night I cleaned up, re-arranged some furniture, and I think I have about as much space as Koogy’s place.
More than enough space for 3~5 set ups.

lee you just said it as well as koogy. you want to maximize the most people in one sitting. of course there is always one person who cant make, you cant give that one person credit over the rest of the cast. thats why at koogys place averaging more or about 16 every wednesday is no fluke.
if you want to do 2 or 3 sessions instead of one in a week, just remember the groups might get smaller as well. not saying it will happen but most likely in my opinion it will. take smash brothers for example in reno if you were around for it.
