I would like to add that Mistawani also plays Seth, only played 1 match against it but I’d say it’s on the same level as his Akuma (which is very good, best I’ve met by far.)

Played a ClaimingRaush yesterday. Has a decent Abel, and just needs some decent competition. He’s also in the US.

Adding, cheers. Had a 14 game session with a chap called “RenaudG08” from France, not a bad player, needs some work but has some decent Abel mixups and was experimenting with Fei Long and had some of his combo’s down pretty well, will add to the list of French Players.
GG’s to Mike45450 - Unlucky for you I had the pleasure of fighting a jumpback Akuma before you joined my session, an Akuma who was throwing out all manner of random shite and requiring me to play like garbage to squash him so when you joined my session after it took a while to get back into playing remotely normal after putting up with him.
Nice to finally face a person on this list that isn’t on my friends list, sorry for sticking to Balrog, I can’t play anyone else to an enjoyable level on Keyboard

But hey Ropedrink! I am also a keyboard balrog player myself and totally understand how hard it is to play other characters (like shotos). Just as an off topic, how is your barlog?
Great games, even though you absolutely slaughtered me. When you sent me the PM and mentioned you were a keyboard player, I was like “…damn, I suck”, haha.

His Balrog is rock solid. BnBs and Ultra setups done with very tight execution. I cycled through my 3 mains (Ryu/Bison/Abel), and 2 of my not so good characters (Fei/Cammy) vs just his Balrog, and he beat me a very embarrassing 22-2 or something like that. :wasted: Like I said before, I’m not very good :grrr:
The ironic thing is I am happy to say I’m medciore at my very best. Sure I have my BnB/Ultra setups down but ultimately I’ve no concept of spacing and not all that fantastic with footsies which is Rog’s strongpoint but I adopt a flashy/momentum based playstyle where I intend to get a lead and keep pushing it.
The games you won where the games you kept distance and worked on my more frustrating aspect of moving forward and ending up eating fireballs, then eating more damage doing stupid things trying to get past them rather than holding my patience and moving forward slowly. I dash too much, focus too much and have a lot of bad habits but overall I think I’m about 97% Balrog Played with in arounds 70-80% WinLoss I think but stats don’t mean nothing, especially not lately, where I had really bad players all day who seem to think spamming jumps and mashing buttons wins matches.
At the end of the day don’t even consider the Win-Loss between your bouts, just ask yourself if you learned anything and that is when you really win. Even I’m still trying to learn and I’ve been playing for two years

Also, regarding Keyboard, it’s actually very very nice with Balrog just not so much anyone else (for me anyways as I don’t have a gaming keyboard) - When I first started playing I assumed it’d be a handicap but it’s worked out really well so with practice you should do perfectly acceptable with Rog.
Just had a lovely session with a chap called “HolyEiermann” from Germany, very solid/stable connection to him from over here in Ireland and plays Random Select only with a decent knowledge of all characters. Very friendly chap and had some nice casual fights, very enjoyable. Adding to the list of German players.
Another nice session with Gangryoung, solid aggressive Bison, took a few games to adapt and had some enjoyable games though there was some issues with my connection during it

I play footsies and when the time is right, i like to rush down too. On a different note, if anyone here is on GGPO or Supercade, I’ve been playing Super SF2 Turbo a lot lately.
Man, i met today with this snkneogeoaes online. I thought it’s gonna be fun, couse’ he had a Gen title and icon, but he played random, i played Chun. And after a couple of rounds, he accused me that i’m using autofire xD I’m using a Hori RAP EX-SE, so i took it as a compliment xD But then, he started to suggest that i should have intercourse and intimate relations with my dad (XD) and he told me that Chun is easy and stuff. Real sportsmanship. I tried to explain to the guy, with stuff like we played fair and square and no need for childish bullpies, but there were no replies. He had a good connection, but man… it’s soooo sad
