I’ll start.

[driver release]Hori Fighting Stick 3 on PC
Hi SRK community
Having recently bought a Hori FS3, I was a bit disappointed not managing to make it work on PC.
So I took rale’s “fs3drv”, debugged the driver install, and re-packaged it for your pleasure (no other driver needed) :
http://perso.numericable.fr/geraud/fs3drv-0.4.zip
readme.txt inside, everything provided as-is.
EDIT : 32bits version.
The Programmable Stick/Pad Thread!
[FONT=Tahoma]The point of this thread is to keep track of what happens when a pad/stick comes up. Also, to post ideas/cool stuff that were or ought to be programmed/tested and possibly requests for combos etc from those who already have a pad/stick.
A conga line has already been started for who gets a pad or stick when one of them should come up. The reason it’s a conga line through SRK is because you have to have a physical address in Japan to register, you have to have a bank account in Japan…
Project Leo: Sixaxis + Wireless 360 dual mod
http://akihabarashop.jp/images/LeoV2Fr.jpg
New Version 2 Leo board!
This PCB was made and produced by me and designed by Akihabarashop.jp to help people mod their arcade sticks with the Playstation 3 sixaxis pcb so people can play wireless as easy as possible.
Leo V2 makes your sixaxis pcb common ground so you can have a simpler type of setup inside your stick and be able to add one or even two other pcb´s for a complete common ground setup of three pcb´s in total.

Modding the Hori Fighting Stick 3
I’ve looked everywhere with no luck. I was hoping someone would direct me to a tutorial or help me with modding the Hori Fighting Stick 3 with sanwa or happ parts. Is this a difficult task?
Any help will be appreciated.
How to : Add Custom Art to your TE fightstick and swap simple options
nominate as an article if this helped you!
Seems pretty self explanatory, but I saw people keep asking for help over the past couple days, so I decided to make this simple faq. Mods please take down if this is a redundant post.
First off, this post assumes you’ve been able to get past the initial process of making your own artwork and getting some protection on it, whether it be lamilabel or a pre-cut plexi cover.
Please go to TE template thread

Namco Stick Appreciation!
Are there 2 types of this stick? because I’ve seen two different stock joysticks inside and wondered if anyone knew the differences.
TE differences
can anyone tell me the differences between the 2nd gen and 1st gen madcatz TE sticks and the new ssf4 sticks other than appearance?

2 PCB’s in one stick - Possible?
Before I start, let me make it clear that this isn’t “Krost,” I’m his brother. I tried making an account (Rybread) and was instantly banned.
I bought a used HRAP3 off eBay. I’m pretty decent with electronics, so putting in a PSX PCB isn’t going to be a problem. However, for any of you PROS out there, I’m curious if instead of replacing the USB pcb, could I instead just ADD a PSX PCB, having 2 respective connection options in the end.
I’m thinking if I just add 2 wires to each button (or spl…

Saulabi modding tutorial
Sup everyone.
This is a guide that I’ve been asked about and meaning to upload for awhile by many people, and I finally got the time to post a guide for everyone trying to put in quality parts in their Saulabi sticks. I used a Saulabi 4K for the PS3/PC for this guide, but this modding tutorial applies to all Saulabi sticks. General Saulabi information can be found in the Saulabi thread .
In this guide, I will be replacing the stock stick with a Taeyoung Fanta stick and the stock buttons with Cr…

Are fight boards (aka Hit Boxes) cheating? (Experiments and Guide)
Apparently, during the Wednesday Night Fights stream, Hit Box developer and enthusiast Husser_Brian came under fire because he, shock horror, won matches using a fight board controller. Stream monsters, looking for something to troll and be salty about, immediately called out accusations of “cheat box.”
While I don’t enjoy giving validity to stream monster trolls, for some people these accusations are rooted in legitimate concerns. I want to address these concerns as soon as possible for the up…

Official Mad Catz FightPad Feedback Thread
I originally made a post about this in the FightStick/FightPad thread, but it is now being heavily inundated by FightStick shipping/anticipation posts and I didn’t want this issue to be lost in the crowds so to speak. Here’s my original post:
MarkMan,
I just picked up an Xbox 360 fightpad from Best Buy today. So far the pad feels pretty solid. The d-pad has a good feel and is easy to execute moves. It feels like a cross between the Genesis 3-button and 6-button pads which is good.
However, th…

Saulabi is the best known joy stick from Korea.
From time to time there pops up a Saulabi topic on Shoryuken - Home .
I would find it very handy if it was in one topic so I made this topic to show some Swords(wo)man love.
Why should you get one?
They are easy to obtain.
They are generally inexpensive.

Guide: How to put art under clear Seimitsu buttons
I’ve been getting a few people asking me how to put art under the buttons for sticks. I had free time so i decided what the hell, let me make a shitty guide
Tools you will need:
-some sort of small sharp blade like an exacto-knife (i used a swiss army knife cuz thats all i had)
-a thin screw driver or pen to pop off the buttons
-a pencil
-sharp pair of scissors
-a glue stick
Mount the art under the plexitop.

Installing an MC Cthulhu and Imp in an Xbox 360 SF4 SE stick
A while back I modified a Street Fighter Anniversary Stick with Happ parts to work on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and GameCube/Wii. But that was the stone age of stick modifcation, and here we are now in the golden age!
These days, the same functionality and more can be accomplished using Toodles’ MC Cthulhu and Imp boards. It’s important to start with an Xbox 360 stick (or at least a common ground Xbox 360 controller PCB) because Toodles’ Cthulhu boards only take care of the PS3 side of things. T…
GUIDE: Sanwa button mod - how to mix and match your sanwa button colors 56k warning
Hi SRK,
Just sharing a very short and simple guide on how to mod your Sanwa buttons. Yes I know most of you already know how to do this, but just for anyone who is new to Sanwa buttons or new to joysticks itself (thanks SF4 !!! :lovin:) here is a short and very simple guide on how to mod, mix, and match your sanwa buttons:
1) Look at your current and boring Sanwa button:
