No, it doesn’t work on neutral jump anymore. I think the regular ones never worked on neutral, but even the EX isn’t working anymore.
It seems the Crush Counter windows has been diminished or the Startup on Hard Whirwind shot reduced.
It appears CC s.HP xx HK Whirlwhind doesn’t combo anymore.
Also, might be wrong on this one, but on the Beta I hardly EVER traded with his c.MP as anti-air, and now it’s happening like 20-30% of the time. Might be lag though.
