I like MvC2 over ST, ST over 3s, and 3s over CvS2. Applying the transitive nature of the universe, I like MvC2 over 3s and CvS2 a lot. Unfortunately, I like friends and family over games, which is why I haven’t registered. At this juncture, I can’t be certain whether I’ll be free that weekend. I didn’t want to say that I’d show up, and withdraw at the last second.
Yatchmenoff, if you don’t hold registration too seriously, I’ll go ahead and sign up. If you only want people who are certain to show up to register, I’ll hold off for now.
And how come Kenneth is signed up for CvS2 but not ST?
Maybe this “Kenneth” you speak of has realized that ST is simply all of the glitches from other games combined to form an independent game, whereas CvS2 has complementary glitches, like roll cancel + A-groove, chicken block + Sagat, or the entirety of P-groove.
I was trying to make this tournament, and meet some people there…but my schedule has been changed, and I got some reasons I can’t visit.

I decided to go back to Japan on December 13th. I can change my flight on 16th, but if I change, it costs me more money. In addition, I got a pretty big VF5 5on5 tournament on 23rd in Japan. therefore, I have to train myself with Japanese players:sweat: I will have only few days.

Well we don’t really know just yet, sadly, we are getting toeghther to talk about that soon. The more ps2/tvs, the better off we are. Sam y figured out that 64 people for cvs 2 at 15 minutes a game with 8 tvs would take 4 hours… so obviously thats not what we have for cvs 2 or anything but just sort of keep that in mind.

Alright, so… I’ve been making up a player/event/equipment list on bracketing software, and if it’s cool with the people running this (Ross/Sam/Mark, right?), I think we can run this digitally pretty easily.
Just need to know a few things:
-Tentatively, about how many setups will we have?
-When will the four seeds for “recent local tournaments” be decided?
-How large are we defining regions as? Is each state a region, or should there be a N-WA and a S-WA, or something? EDIT: Tentatively, I’m going to go by: State = Region.
Is there anyway i can edit my entries? I wanna enter ST and Cvs 2 as well. And I got a PS II I can bring with anniversary collection if that helps?
It’ll probably help. I have two TVs and only one PS2, so that’s two setups instead of one.
Also: What’s the final word on whether side tourneys are kosher? I ask because there are at least 8 people who are possibly interested in a MBAC side tourney.
