Yeah, you got it backwards. Japan’s speed 3 correlates with speed 2 on american cabs. I’m sure you would’ve figured it out at the tournament pretty fast, anyways. But yeah, just hold Y (strong) and select the options in the menu screen and select the February 1994 setting, then go to options normally and select turbo 3 setting and turn speed select off and select handicap off. This will be the most efficient way to get through the tourney without complaints on speed or arcade accuracy (and save time on selecting speeds and handicaps and whatnot, too).

It’s been at least 2 1/2 years since I’ve been to a tournament for anything, and probably the same since I’ve posted on here. Lord knows I’ve only had a few sessions on anything in that time as well. Just the same, it looks like I’m going to be back down in Vancouver/Portland for awhile, so I was hoping to at least casually get my foot back in the door to some games. This seems like the perfect event. No guarantees yet, but I’ll definitely try to make it. I hope to see some old faces soon.

FUCK THAT! You know how much Greyhound costs now? It’s like… $43 per person one-way to portland. Both ways, it’s about $170 for two people. You could buy gas and replace car parts cheaper than that.
