Ragequitters on ranked!

I have a great connection but nobody on here has added me to their friends list… If anyone wants a skilled, lag-free fight, lets add each other.

I’ll play you.

Wiimote Zero’s!!! Luckily my opponent was susceptible to rushdowns.

I’ve had my share of ragequitters time and time again on this game that it pisses me off to no end. I mean, it’s sad when a guy tries to quit but the points are transferred already…like this person I just got finished playing now named “MARKIE~->” (1071BP). It just aint worthed it if you ask me. <_<

Take an asswhoopin and move on. It’s the only way to get better if you ask me but if it’s lag then I understand…but not in this case. <_<

TG Devil, a King with nearly 5000 points, ragequit. Honestly, it was a close win from me. I’d taken like 30% of his health by the time my Tekkaman was almost dead, but I got lucky and managed to do a heavy tekkalancer -> baroque -> C that took away over 20 billions of his health. This was like 2 seconds before he finished my tekkaman. Because of this lucky moment, Saki’s job was much easier since he only had about 25% left. I took my distance and abused her C, 2C and unblockable hyper missile. When I killed him, that happened.

Poor guy, wasn’t aware I had a camera with me.

Some people can’t appreciate Tekka. : (

I just can’t get the mentality of rage quitters. When I face someone who is clearly kicking my ass I keep challenging them to rematch after rematch (thinking "this time i’ll beat them, this time i’ll beat them) until they get bored of me. Sometimes yes the person who beats me is cheap but if I want to prove they are cheap I try my hardest to beat them, not give them a moral victory by pulling the plug.

What a waste of time and effort. If you want to quit why not just quit at the lobby and spare yourself the time it takes to reconnect to the game?

It all comes down to e-penis glory. You obviously don’t care about yours since you probably have other things to worry about besides how far up you rank in a video game.

I’m really starting to wish this game came with a block player function. I play a guy, get decimated by him. Then, when I go back to ranked to find a new opponent, I get the same player again and just turn off the console at the stage selection screen.

I really hope that doesn’t count as ragequitting, cause otherwise i’m gonna have to admit to ragequitting a shitload of times…

Totally agree. Why not just ask for folks you want to play with and add their FCs? I’d also suppose adding the folks you bump into that are actually decent players on the Rival list also helps alleviate this type of bullsh*t. But, this RQ business is still bad to the bone.

Oh I love this shit. Found another ragequitter while playing. Player name “IM SUPER (2000+ | Super Master)” rage quit on me after I lvl 3 his ass out with Ryu on a tag from TekBlade to Yatterman-1.

Anyway, have fun with this guy. He’s not all that good neither but he will RQ you in a sec.

MARIO (with male gender symbol at the end)

A ragequitter, enough said.

I was in some good matches today, but i did rage quit once. Me and the other player where going back and forth with each other and it was fun and competitive. About the 9 th match i noticed he went wiimote zero. i wasn’t gonna give him the satifaction.

Ranked is just not worth all this crap. I’m seeing more lag giant and wiimote zero’s all over the place :(. I probably have unlucky matchups.

Yeah…same Alex guy quit on me too though, when he wasn’t in such a great situation.

You posted a thumbnail, TELRU. I yanked out the picture for you.

Thanks, I’m not too familiar with this Photobucket thing.

Opeth - ~5200 BP. As you can see by the life bars, this was not unovercomeable, but I was on the offensive and had him “figured out”. It was pretty obvious from his body language that it was a RQ and not something legit. 5.2k BP and he probably got most of it RQing. Disgraceful.

I wasn’t going to post these other two because they are both under 1k BP, but what the heck. I already went through the trouble of taking their mugshot.

Rao - 800BP RQ during the OSV that would have ended the match.

Labor1er - I forget how much BP. 500ish?

Additionally, to whoever asked if anyone actually leaves matches with known RQers (I apologize, I’m just feeling entirely too lazy right now to go back and check specifically who said it), I dropped a game with Darius last night as soon as it told me who I was fighting. To be fair, my laptop sits next to me while I game and I had just been looking at this thread, so his name was still fresh in my mind. I didn’t happen to notice how much BP he had accumulated since he was last mentioned here.

I honestly have never understand the purpose of quitting. Whether u just got your ass beat or not, take the loss and either attempt to rematch, or quit. Lag is no xcuse! I take my rank seriously, however we need to realize that ultimately ladies and gentleman, this is a GAME. Your ranking doesn’t define you, your skills define your ranking!

Granted, it’s a guy who had no BP at all, but it’s a ragequitter nonetheless: http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd224/TaurusOxford/0215002948.jpg

Funny thing is, he had no problem with our first match, and I beat him even more badly then.
