GG riclim, mirrors always go either way when u get to a certain level of rose knowledge lol
sc.mk is considered airborne on startup, so it stuffs special throws. It’s really good against Abel since it stuffs TT’s and he doesn’t have any other great wakeup attack to beat it(save ultra and EX COD). But against wakeup DP’s and the like, sc.mk is just as dangerous as any other normal.
Heh the same can be said about a DP without 2 bars behind it on block. I think it’s important to get players into panic mode where they no longer react to anything except for your presence. It’s not something to count on, but to definitely be ready for. I’ve lost many matches by people who throw caution to the wind when I actually expected them to play it safer.
Best part about his commentary was him complaining about Rose.

Your Rose is pretty good, honestly. I’m glad you turned inputs on. I saw you tried c.HP after using U2 as an anti-air, but you should try using soul throw (unless that was a soul throw attempt) as it’s the only thing that can combo after a juggling U2 aside from super.
Also, even though crossing people up in the corner can work, I don’t recommend it because on hit or block, you’ll be left in the corner. and on block, you really limit yourself to anything aside from a throw attempt or a jump out.
I also saw you went from slide to EX Spiral. Was that accidental? I’ve never tried that before. Usually slide is a pretty good set-up for c.MP xx spiral, and the slide distance was far enough that you weren’t at risk of getting thrown. But if you were anticipating a counter poke like Ken’s c.MP or c.MK, then that was good thinking ahead.

Can I a few questions? With Guile, I noticed you never reflect or absorbed any of the sonic booms, is there a reason for that? You also used U1, why did you use U1?
