Yeah his Rose not that good. Still he got good zoning.
I believe he have tried to play characters he does not play very well.
There is a way to punish Ryu, Ken or Akuma with a super or ultra when he does a hurricane kick against Rose and you’ve blocked the first two hits. I thought this was cool when i did this. If it’s old news sorry but it was new to me.

You could use more damaging successful cross-up combo. Also use more of your ultra. Especially with your opponent always using jumps, focus or straight special after your projectiles.
Still it does look like you are handling this Barlog better then I would

That was epic indeed, the Rog was too far so his third hit would have been blockable. Smart countermash!
most of Rogs attacks can be FAed… (he has couple of moves that are armor breakers)… so use that to your advantage…
everytime Rog uses one of his specials its a free Ultra for you (thats why keep your distance once you have ultra…) and u can throw him out of his specials also…
and to stop his spamming c.lp use s.mk … it works wonders (rogs love their crouching jabs sooo much that they do it after each and every move)
