Edit2: While both converters I have work properly to an extent. I cant activate the Guide menu at all while pressing select + up. When I press the home button on my stick my select turns into “start+ a”
This was found using my MC cthulhu stick with a ps2 cord.
Does this converter work with a HRAP 1? or is has really bad issues with the d-pad?
that’s psx converter mode (made for dreamcast converters)
if you hit home, 3p becomes L1 and 3k R1 and select becomes Taunt in MVC2/CvS2 (Start+X)

Ok so that wasn’t a bug, now what about the fact that my select + up does not activate guide button with the stick but it does with a ps2 controller?

Ok, so I did some tests on the converter pro (not the small one posted above. i will do some testing when it arrives).
PSX (Grey model M)- Works well, no lag, a/b (or x/o) buttons are swapped. (select+up = guide)
PSX Dualshock (Grey model A) - Doesn’t work =(
PS2 Dualshock (black model A) - no lag, works perfectly!(you can either use select+up for guide or hold down the analog button)
Madcatz PS3 SE - Doesn’t work =(
UPCB PCB with USB out / with PS2 out- Doesn’t work on either =T (toodles mentioned that UPCB typically doesn’t work with any converters. Just thought I’d put the info out for anyone who needs to know)

I own this. I have tested and confirmed it working on a HRAP 3. I also use it with my PS1 dualshock arcade stick all the time.

Yo I know everyone says that with this converter the dualshock3 works on xbox360, but can someone confirm me that it works on the new xbox 360 slim too???
Well considering ps3 controllers didn’t get a firmware update… I’m sure they’ll still work on 360
