PS3 and PS2 to xBox360 Controller converter PRO

I’m interested in using this to use my PS3 stick on a xbox 360. Does anyone know how well it works? Does it need an extra 360 controller? Does it lag?

Looks kinda like an updated version of the Blaze PS2-360 converter. I have two of those, and they work perfectly with no lag. Not sure how adding PS3 support into the mix effects it though.

Nice, something new. It’s definitely Blaze. It’s also encouraging that there’s a stick on the box. I don’t own a PS3 stick or I would take one for the team.

I’m certain you need a wired 360 controller similar to the other 360 converters.

How would that work with a PS3 controller though? You’d have to plug into the Female USB port, which, at least according to the pic, leaves only the Male USB port for plugging into the 360. Obviously the best way to know is to get someone to test it. I’d love to, but I don’t have the spare change right now. If it can work without lag without the need for a 360 controller, that’d be fantastic.

They have a picture with an unknown(?) stick connected. Maybe the PS3 doesn’t need a 360 controller for passthrough.

I got mine a few days ago, i did a mini review video here:

good:

  • zero lag
  • works plug n play with ps3 controllers (possibly madcatz ones too, i dont have PS3 controllers to test)
  • no need of wired xbox 360 controllers for PS2 (the best!)
  • All buttons and analogs sticks work very well, the useless analog button if pressed a few seconds calls the dash.

bad:

  • Doesnt work with Saturn USB controller (i believe that it does not work with 3rdies compatible PS3 USB controllers (like Saturn USB that works on PS3.))

Working for ps2 controllers without needing 360 pass through just made my heart skip a beat

tbh I’d trust this guy who actually had his hands on it than some generic eBay listing with a description that is likely mostly c/ped from the older converters.

yeah, the video shows it working without a pass through so it looks legit

I’m hoping there aren’t different versions of this thing where some work without a pass through and some dont, it’ll be a hell of a $30 down the drain

Is it possible to use a gamecube converter on the ps2 converter as well? i dont know if its possible to convert twice. If so i would be very happy so i could play TvC with my ps3 madkatz stick and not have to buy the SE wii stick or mod my crap hori
