I want to make a few six button Astro City and Vewlix templates so hope that answers your question. This template I’m using now is kind of a universal template so I can do american Japanese and Neogeo all at the same time

Yeah I’ve had a lot or requests to do it and I think it’s a good idea. Anyway it shouldn’t be too hard to do now that I have the right tools for the job 
(Although this is starting to get expensive) I’d like to get some simple art templates made up for each layout.
I was thinking of cutting out a paper template and then scanning it into Photoshop, seems pretty straight forward but I’m terrible with Photoshop lol. Anybody got any better ideas?

Ok this weekend I plan to do the final touches to the paint, take plenty of pics and maybe let a few lucky SRK members take one home. Guess that means I’ll be opening a thread in the Trading outlet

I do plan to make more in the future but I don’t know if I’ll be painting them maybe just blank boxes and some finished stained boxes.
Question is do I pick favorites or let the money decide, ala ebay. Hmmmmm?
I recently sold 2 of my modded sticks, 1 of the transactions didn’t go as smoothly as I had thought. Also, Ebay’s Final Valuation Fee + Paypal Fee is around 10% of total price so make sure you account for those 2. Also DO NOT SELL to anyone below 95% rating, eBay has a new policy where they will WITHHOLD the money to the SELLER even though it was the buyer’s ratings that had issues. Paypal/Ebay will NOT release the FUNDs until a POSITIVE RATING from the problematic buyer has been posted. So in effect, the problematic buyer can hold both your money and item hostage until they decide to give you a positive feedback.
I know putting your VOLTECH sticks on ebay have the potential double or triple price of the stick, but it is NOT SELLER friendly and their fees are getting out of hand. Just be careful when you list them on Ebay and make sure you prepare yourself against all these potential issues.
Can’t wait to see the stained boxes. Are you going to keep the same dimensions for the box, or make changes?
Hey Faux123 thanks for the heads up. Now that you mention it, the allure of making a little more money on ebay is kinda intoxicating but I am really leaning toward just using out trading outlet that way I know my hard work is going into the right hands. I’ll make the thread this weekend when I have some finished pics and I know a little more about the shipping charges.
@ Halvie At this point I like the size and shape so far but making adjustment isn’t out of the picture. (Like a wide or slim model wouldn’t be too hard to do) This was my attempt at making one box that fits them all and I think it turned out pretty good. So I’ll keep it going and maybe add a few more designs for diversity and so I don’t get bored. I can make them much faster now since I have my jigs and templates made up. But the biggest slowdown so far was waiting for paint to dry lol
Am I feeling lucky?

I wanted one, and asked for, since very early on in this thread but chances are I might end up not getting one. (my usual luck with these type of things)
whatever you decide you got my support, BUT, personally I’d stay away from doing the ebay thing. extra money earned may not be worth the hassle.
besides, I think these type of things should be kept within the family, among SRKers. atleast your first go.
