I was hoping to buy one but the shipping and taxes are too much since I’m based in the UK. I am sure there are lots of other people in my situation too. Hopefully PAS can sort this out and find some stockists in Europe / UK.

So, posting this for the very few who happen to need a custom siren + magenta config…
I recently created a custom version of the magenta/siren firmware with an inverted siren led driver. The stock magenta flashes the siren leds “on” when the magenta mode is changed. The builder wanted to have the siren leds “on” all the time and blink “off” when the magenta mode was changed. This configuration was very specific to the custom led layout in his fightstick and definitely not something for everyone. However, if anyone has a need for this specific setup send me a PM and we can work through the logistics.

I’m having an issue currently with the stick drifting. Even though it never reaches the threshold that I set for left and right, still the slightest touch in that direction will move the character and sometimes stick in that direction. How can I fix this? Thanks

Agreed. It sounds like you need to adjust the stick deadzone through the setup software. Enlarging the neutral spot at the center position would address this and even compensate for a warn out return spring. Consider replacing the sanwa spring with a fresh one of the same original tension or even a slightly stiffer spring if the return to neutral does not feel quite right for your play style. I would suggest contacting Paradise Support or just look on their web site for sanwa replacement parts and options to customize your magenta further.
Please do post your setup screen pics as @Jackals suggested. It’s really hard to guess beyond the incorrect setup or warn sanwa spring that I’ve seen in the past.

You can try the calibrate function and see if it offsets again after some use but if the stick is not physically centering, it’s time for a new spring. From what I can see, the slight offset at center will not activate any of the outputs with the cardinal and diagonal settings you have configured.
Update:
Looking back over this thread, I see you (@pugnavenatustechnica) replaced your spring and magnet back in July of 2018. I strongly suggest you check the magnet is still centered and secured on the shaft. If the magnet is nice and tight, it’s probably time for a new spring. The weaker low tension springs tend to wear out quickly on sanwa sticks while the heavier ones also wear out but over a much longer period of time.
Update 2:
Paradise stocks a number of replacement parts for the magenta stick now so if you need springs or other parts you should contact them for pricing and support.

Ok sorry for the delayed response. I’ve been waiting to get my magenta link there was quite a delay with the shipping but I’ve finally swapped the spring, the washer, the screw and the actuator, kept the magnet because it turns out I didn’t have an extra magnet. Installed the new link base and after the snafu of having the magnet upside down (whoops!) it seems to be working. I’ll report back if it happens again but it was probably the spring. I’m going to have to open it back up when my Otto v2 comes in.
Edit: I don’t think this has been asked but I’m wondering if its possible to add more to the diagonal slider? If you could add just 5 more increments that would be amazing. After playing with it for almost 2 years now -10 is not enough but its so close to what I want but I have to use it because the software is limiting me there.

Edit: I’m referring to the “Diag Size” slider which makes the cardinals thicker and not the diags “UL” “UR” “DL” “DR” that make diagonals longer

So i wanted to order a second Magenta joystick at Paradisearcadeshop. Only problem is im from the EU first time around i got in touch with Timothy from Paradisearcadeshop and we solved it with an inbox for paypal.
This time around after 2 emails and one internal message through the customer help within paradisearcadeshop i still did not receive any reply from them first message dated almost 2 weeks ago i emailed them again a couple of days ago still no reply.
Are there some issues? Or is there another way to contact them?

No one? i was under the impression the developers of the Magenta stick would by times check this thread out. I cant even contact Paradise they wont reply back after 2 emails tried calling them by phone then i get greeted by invoice “sorry mail box full” even though i want to order a second magenta stick. Or is Paradise out of business? If any one can help me out it would be much appreciated!
