Just finished soldering and wiring up the Leo Board.
Thank you gummowned for clarifying the T6 360 wireless tutorial. Upon your suggestion I got a SPDT switch instead and just wired the guide button separate and it worked! (360 pcb to Hm Leo and Hm leo inner row to button and ground)
One thing I was wondering was is there a screw terminal I can solder onto the board much like the ones on the axisdapter? If so, what is the spacing I would need to order from Digikey? Is there enough room to install it for both the inner and outer rows?
hi, im getting a quanba ps3 wireless stick here(last stick on the bottom of 1st post) and i was wondering if i could do the mod with a project leo board and the supplied pcb
I wanted my own take on MadCatz’ MvC stick. Since they didn’t use any happ parts, I decided to make my own, So, last night, I FINALLY finished wiring up …Berserker Barrage!!!
Compared to my last stick, this thing has everything but the kitchen sink thrown in. Wireless dual mod thanks to the leo board and button press activated LEDs with custom art by d3v. LEDs wired to a switch to cut on or off
I made separate connections for the LEDs in case I ever needed to disconnect or replace them for any reason. Took much longer to wire up the switch connections, vcc chain and ground chains than I would like, but it’s worth it for my peace of mind
I’ll post video of the dual mod in action tonight and more pictures and details of the stick in the ‘arcade sticks’ forum either tonight to tomorrow. Huge thanks to Gummowned, Beneco74, and Purplearms for all their technical support over the last few months and thanks to the_red_comet for his offer of assistance (time just wouldn’t allow me to meet up with you, but I managed to get it done!)
hii, to the point. i want to buy leo board, i live in indonesia, can u deliver to indonesia?, how much i have to pay (shipping cost included)?
btw, leo board u sell, all the components are attach to the pcb right? (so id ont need to solder the components) i all i have is to plug the ribbon from sixaxis and wired it to 360 PCB
So if i get the Master Strike i wont need the 4pdt switches?..Will this act like a toodle’s imp board, but wirelessly.
Do you have a tut on how to do this with the leo board?..
Yup… like an imp board on roids… Bencao and I made this specifically because there are so many switches you need with Leo… The install can be a little bit advanced, so if its too overwhelming, Gummowned can install it too…
its flexible to be used on both wired and wireless… it can switch USB, control PCB power, control LED power… I plan to install to my own gouken stick soon… follow the progress here
True you won’t need a 4pdt switch, but if you don’t want to drop 25 bucks on a MS, then these switches are your best bet. Keep in mind, these switches are anywhere from 4 bucks up to ten…
oh, and Purplearms, you should convince Gummowned to get more of the MS. I was going to get one with his modding service, but he only has two, and he is using them for debugging code…
How is that going btw? haven’t seen any new developments on it…
Hmm… must have mis-communicated with him… he was supposed to keep a bunch for himself and his customers and ship the rest to me… lol
But you can still buy from me and have me ship to gummowned for install.
Gummowned is the only one with masterstrikes at this point in time! Bencao and I have not received the boards yet so we cannot test or develop. So gummowned may be the first to release software for masterstrike. Bencao and IvIePhisto are on board to write software too (and I will learn it eventually). Very soon!
