Does anything on SSF4 really need unlocking? I checked and didn’t see anything of real value to unlock. (?)
The only unlocks are colors and taunts.
Cody Taunt #5 has gameplay uses, i think Fei has another one that goes through fireball as well?

Zach there’s a trick to unlocking colors/taunts. I think if people will take the time to periodically exit from Vs. we can get those colors unlocked.
Are you sure that you have to exit VS mode to unlock the colors/taunts? I know it doesn’t tell you about it until you go to the title screen, but I could have sworn that they just start showing up in character select as you play.
On the other hand, character theme music is awesome, and I think that requires two playthroughs of arcade mode. That could be a hassle. >:
