I am using the RC3 beta Vista Glazz and it seems to work fine now except for it doesn’t look entirely like the theme that its supposed to be
lol.
The windows orb doesn’t get replaced so its still like that.
This one is supposed to be fuji or one of those thin taskbar ones (I downloaded a whole bunch, they all don’t have a .theme file so I could only double click on msstyles and their proper names don’t show up in the Apperance tab. The ones with a .theme file show up and work perfectly under the Themes tab though, I could use Hal9000 normally) Note that there aren’t any close or minimize or maximize buttons on the top left but the child windows inside Photoshop and Opera do (not pictured) http://img144.imageshack.us/img144/6098/monitor1ed9.jpg
ah fuck, thats what it was, .msstyles don’t show up properly, .themes do.
I have no idea why your orb (or thinbars) work.
And for the record, I hate the Hal theme because the bar is disgustingly huge, like every other VS that doesn’t have thinbar.
yeah i wanted the fuji one because its small. Do you have a theme file for your fuji or did you just have the msstyles?
I was thinking of just editing one myself because the script looks pretty straightforward, although the orb doesn’t change so that’s another problem I need to look into.
I have whatever was included in the .zip on DA. I think it’s a thin and regular bar version.
I would be editing my own themes but Restorator fucks up my system. If I run it, I cannot run any programs unless they were open before I started the app. So I pretty much gave up on creating my own VSes.
lol that sucks. I’ll just use the default for now.
BTW what are the names of the sidebar network and cpu monitor you are using? I’d like to use simpler ones like those. These ones look too clunky (although the CPU one displays the temperature), I wish there was a GPU display one: (secondary monitor).
