It’s a business (gaming lan centre) that I went into with 2 partners. It’s hopefully going to open up at the start of the year, but we’re a little behind schedule.
Right now, the only thing that we’re not supplying in those pics are all of the PS3’s. We have three, but at one point last week we had nine in there for MW2 lan play and SFIV/BB

Thanks. I have not experience any lag with it. The other day I spent 2 hours In SF4 with my Brother offline and our inputs were on point. There was no delay with anything. everything ran Smooth
Well I originally had the router on the desk when the Desk was a 2 piece. I knock down the top part of the Desk because I really didn’t need it. So I decided to place the router on the wall because I was trying to avoid putting more stuff on the desk. I’ll admit, it is a little bit of an eyesore but I’m okay with it.
I’ve been to the Caymans, I didn’t know there was a 2d gaming scene there.
Really, there’s just myself and maybe 10 other players that I’ve found so far that take it “seriously”, but that’s part of the reason that we’re putting together this new place. We plan on doing leagues and at least bi-monthly tourneys to build them up.
The thing is, for a place like this to survive down here, we can’t be too specific about what games we play. E.G., So far, we’ve had quite a bit of people popping their heads in the store asking about Madden and NBA2k10, so we’ve decided that we’ll probably do some sports leagues as well as the typical SFIV/BB/T6 and MW2 (which is hugely popular down here currently. We’re trying to use that as one of our big “launch games” that we focus on to attract people to the store.)
Sorry for the long-winded post! 
It will be good though, we hope to attract people with the games they want to play, and keep them there for the FG’s with all the hype that they’ll see when people are playing.

It’s pretty messy, but this is a real shot here yeeah. Yes, that is a DTV box sitting on top of the Elite box there. I’m holding out for “the day after X-mas sales” to get my LCD. To be honest though the lag issues might put a hold on that. All of those cables are capture hardware etc. Sorry about the angle. My room is kind of small.
Basement HT/Gaming setup
Such a nice Setup Bryan. I wish I had a bigger open area like that. My one bedroom apartment is kinda tiny.
It’s great as it is, but you really need a proper projector setup for a room like that!
thats a nice stand with drawers and everything. keep things neat. yeah the tv looks out of place and the room is screaming for a projector setup.
Thanks for the comps. A projector would have been overkill, 50-55 inch screen is ideal for a 6 to 10 feet of viewing distance. The tv wall is only 14 feet to the window wall across. I usually move my swivel chair to where the coffee table is now when I game. Besides, there aren’t any projectors that can compete with the PQ of my set for the price. I’d have to spend $15k… no thanks. lol

just my fightsticks now, till i get a better set up for the tv then ill take pics of that. thats the first TE and a Round 2 TE im waiting on the buttons for my round 2 then ill paint the border to match the new buttons and mesh ball top.
looking at some of these i need to spruce up my set up guess ill start looking at ways of making it better. right now i just have my 42’ flat screen sitting on dresser in one corner and my bed in the other and i sit on the corner of my bed and play. i should move it down stairs but i like having my desktop plugged into the wireless modem instead of of using the wireless card and my 360 is plugged directly in the modem/
