Taunt button after a win or just any hit (or something else I don’t know of)? Sometimes I tack on a mp or hp or some random hit if I’m bored on a win, I don’t taunt or anything, usually I just let it sit there. Rubbing shit in is lame and unnecessary.

Err, my bad. I thought you had given up or were practicing parrying or on the phone or something because you went to the corner and stopped fighting / throwing out any attacks at all, even when I did nothing for long stretches at a time trying to figure out what was up (contrasted with me fighting for my life and just barely pulling out a win in the first match), thats what the ending LK’s and leaving were about, sorry.
KabukiMono - Yeah 3S is sounding good. After getting beasted so hard by a really good players fireballs and shoryukens (hell no dash punch is not broken, I can’t even get 2 hits in) I’m not too big on SF2 right now, except having fun with Deejay.
It’s all good man… I’m making my defense solid now… When I can’t control the middle range in-fighting, I start keeping my distance, and looking for the counter… When I was in the corner blocking, I had nothing…
Every button I hit got me hit by the light kick… I couldn’t even jump backwards (or jump at all) without getting hit.
Shit was sick…
I seen more of that today, from other players/characters, but Remy’s L.Kick is better suited for it…

Hey I’m coming into town on Thursday. Sam B. and I will hopefully be practicing Thursday and Friday. Just letting you all know in case anybody wants to come. I was thinking Thursday at my GF’s house and maybe Friday at Antoine’s? WE’ll see. I only have an Agetec Japanese stick and a pad, but I can play on pad. Back in Town
I made a brief post in the thread leading up to the Northwest Majors, but I wanted to formally state to everyone in the Portland community (who remembers me) that I’m living back in Vancouver for the time being, and it would be cool to organize an old-timey marvel (etc…) showdown. (This is Jason, by the way, formerly with the huge chops). I’ve hardly touched a video game controller in the past 2 1/2 years and it’s pretty clear that I don’t know more than half the people on the scene now, but I’d definitely like to get some games going. I don’t have any interest in playing competitively, but I do miss hanging out with all of the people from Tilt. Anyway, if anyone’s interested in meeting up sometime, or if there are any games going down at someone’s house, drop me a line.
