I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. It seems like all of your attacks are gonna be one hit kills regardless of type weaknesses. I don’t remember which Pokemon was fighting which but I remember you killed one of my team members with one shot from a move that “wasn’t very effective”…lmao.

Heliolisk gets Solar Power as a Hidden Ability, so you could work it in somewhere. It gets some really nice coverage moves and could swing momentum for you with Choice Specs Volt Switch shenanigans.

I was just going to max its Attack/HP and give it Swords Dance/Synthesis/Leaf Blade/X-Scissor.

This is because I have the attacking stats maxed out and your defenses aren’t very good. I think you’re talking about that Flare Blitz your Greninja got OHKO’d by… Greninja has bad Def, I had STAB, Sun, and 252 Atk EVs to bolster a move with 120 BP. Not much was going to live that…
You just need some Bulk, or a dual-screener/Stealth Rocks. Also, you’re wasting move slots on Attract, as it’s very situational. You could have Protect/Shadow Claw/Stone Edge/Flare Blitz on Blaziken in place of Attract, for example.
That sounds good. I’m going to be doing A LOT of breeding for the next couple of days… 
Had some good things happen yesterday. First the Protean Froakie from Phantom (thanks for the Timid nature btw), then I got a bunch of good stuff from Wonder Trade; Adamant Technician Scyther for one thing, the Gen 1 starters I was missing, and some other Pokes that I hadn’t been able to catch yet. And I also got Pokerus from all of that as well, so I can truly start EV training with a vengeance. Too bad Pokerus doesn’t double Super Training EVs…
Not to mention I just randomly encountered Zapdos while trying to spread Pokerus around, so I can start chasing after it. 
So, if anyone needs Pokerus and/or Protean Froakies, I can help you out.

I’ve seen a lot and I love the games, but the community at other places is fucking terrible.
From that one place I shit on all the time to pretty much every other pkmn forum- this fandom is full of shit. Logical fallacy abounds… How can you determine that something is broken if you never test it? Why do you ban moves/strategies/items that have obvious and ubiquitous counters? Tradition? Pride? Stubborn old man syndrome?
I’m not perfect. I’ve never claimed to be, but when my scrubby self beats things that everyone else runs around screaming “broken” and “over-centralizing,”(I hate that damn word) while they happily throw down Rocks and slap Leftovers and Life Orb on everything while they Swords Dance and Bullet Punch away, it really hits home just how much hypocrisy and bias there is in the so-called “competitive” (another word that has lost all meaning) community…
Sorry for ranting, but I am annoyed by the fact that no one wants to expand the knowledge base and collectively get better in favor of playing in an unnatural, artificial metagame that favors a certain playstyle over all others.
Because Critical Hits are Evil, or something to that effect…

smogon is a competitive pokemon forum doing it’s best to create a balanced and enjoyable game for all of smogon’s players, you don’t have to follow it
it also takes more of the user to make something really good, if you beat someone, they either messed up big time or you are just a better player, it’s simple as that

But I find its easier to power level through Horde battles at that forest place. (Forgot what its called.)
Cause a horde of those trent guys gives 2700xp per battle.
