do a battle that has the level set to 50, look at the stats and then calculate IVs
Throw them into your party with Exp Share and level them up to 20. They won’t gain EVs and they’ll be high enough level to get a good read on the IVs.
I though ex share also gives u ev? Anyway off to bed but i have 9 jolly chomps of anyone wants 1.
Damn EXP share comes hella early in this one. That’s pretty neat because it keeps my team balanced out, I’m really considering getting a bulbasaur. The grass/poison attributes fit along nicely with froakie.
I strolled into the Pokemon Center and they had a b-day celebration. Cake on the monitor and everything. Even the camera angle changed when I talked to Nurse Joy.

This is more Smash than Pokemon, but what the hey.
I chose Bulbasaur, and he’s a real good pick. Only problem is that he gets screwed over by the physical/special split since Vine Whip and Razor Leaf are physical, so he’s not really going to have good STAB until you get the Venoshock TM, which luckily you get fairy early outside the Farfum Palace. You won’t get decent Grass STAB until you get the Grass Knot TM from the Grass gym, or when it evolves into Venusaur and learns Petal Dance. But once you do give the right moves, it’s really useful, and Sleep Powder is a great support move.
Added The Co-Jones and one other I’m trying to remember right now. Half the people I’ve added haven’t done the same yet. XD

So, I decided to go along with the whole #TeamEevee thing, since I had most of the Dittos needed with the proper natures. Time to EV train my Eevees.

so whats the deal with a JPN modest ditto? should i try and get one too?
It’s not necessary Japanese, any foreign Ditto will do fine. Just Foreign ones breed faster and it ups the chances of breeding Shinies. The odds are still ridiculous: from 1/8192 to 1/2048. However, the downside is that you can’t use the Everstone on it, so, GL getting the Shiny you want with a specific nature.
