I’m trying to make a Posion/Ghost themed team. Just need to use Pokemon with just the right amount of diversity.
So far, I’m thinkin’ Gengar, Vileplume, Haunter, and Trevenant…need to find two more.
Why would you have a gengar and a haunter?
The same reason you might have a Pikachu over a Raichu, or both.

i mean haunter can use eviolite but seriously…haunter isn’t taking hits very well
for ghost types you got:
mismagius, frosslass, dusklops, dusknoir, bannette, sableye, shedinja, jellicent, cofagrigus, chandelure, aegislash, and gourgeist
for poison types you got:
venusaur, victrebell, nidoqueen, nidoking, crobat, venomoth, tentacruel, weezing, roserade, skuntank, drapion, toxicroak, scolipede, amoongus, and dragalge
psychic/fairy seems like a really good type for both defense and offense, gardevoir could be making a comeback
