Also for those who don’t know, there’s another event happening at PG on Saturday for rhythm games. I don’t think it will be a problem having both happen at once, just thought I should let you all know.
I’m basically brand new to ST/A3, but I’ll probably head out Saturday to get bodied and play drummania. (Also, shoutouts to uh… ex-“Jamz BBS” posters.)

Yep, Robotron is back for now, and though I may ultimately get rid of more classics, there’s a good chance that will be the last to go. It’s probably my personal favorite and tons of people have asked me about it since pulling it.

Obviously we’ll be closed on Thanksgiving. On Friday we’ll be open from 8am to 9pm, and be having our Pink Friday sales (ha ha, get it?) Details of the sale are here, the big one being that from 8am-10am you can buy 1 get 1 free on all used games (excluding rare games in the cases).

Hey guys, just moved up here not too long ago. Can’t wait to check out Pink Gorilla! I’m a little bummed that CvS2 is gone, but ST, MvC2, and A3 make up for it! I might just jump in to one of these weekly tourneys!
Anyone know a good place to park near the arcade? Obviously, I don’t want to empty my wallet like I’m going to GameWorks… Even on thursdays it’s expensive with the parking added on and forget about food…
I park on Brooklyn, on the other side of the block from Pink Gorilla. I use the meter till 6PM, after which it’s free. If on-street is full up when I show up, I go with a lot. There are numerous pay lots, if you don’t mind dropping $5~8 for all day. In my younger and more vulnerable years, 8th AVE between 45th and 48th had free parking. The further you get away, the more free on-street parking there is to be found.
Saturdays (when the regular session are) also sees UW opening up their underground lot for free parking; entrance at 45th ST and 15th AVE under Henry Art Gallery. Coincidentally, this was where most people parked for NWM 1. So if people who attended that shindig back in '08 know where this is.
Nice! I appreciate the help! I’m actually pretty excited about this. I used to live in Southern Colorado, so it’s good to see some sort of a scene around here. The closest meetings for Street Fighter in Colorado were in Denver, which was a few hours away.
This weekend is looking pretty good for me! Who’s going to be there Saturday? Is it still 3PM?
