Pigs, TVs, And Freeze Pipes, Who Needs Fireballs? - Injustice Interactive Object Thread

A list of all maps, their Interactive Objects (IOs), and their Level Transitions.

There are three types of characters: Power, Acrobat, and Gadget. Your interactions with the IOs vary depending on your character type (**I will add in the character types soon).

When a character throws an item, it generally is thrown either diagonally, or horizontally across the screen.

When a character smashes an item, it generally is smashed right in front of the character using.

When a Gadget character blows up an IO, you usually deal no damage unless the character is right next to the explosion. There are a few exceptions to this (such as the TV monitors in the Joker/Arkham Asylum, and several low hanging IOs)

Damage from thrown/smashed objects (and from most IOs) seems to be constant, with minor changes depending on distance (for instance throwing the motorcycle at Wayne Manor from close range does 10% instead of 20%, and the Electric Turbine at the Command Center does 16.17% but does more if the opponent is closer).

Stryker’s Island (Yard to Cell Block), and Fortress of Solitude (Menagerie to Laboratory), are the most damaging Level Transitions, both dealing 36% damage.

Hall of Justice (Great Hall to Plaza) is the least damage Level Transition, dealing 25% damage. Darkseid is so weak, he does less damage than Scarecrow!

Please note that Ferris Aircraft and Atlantis have NO Level Transactions.

ALL INTERACTIVE OBJECTS ARE UNBLOCKABLE WITH VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS

Your best chance to avoid getting damaged is to back dash. You can also meter burn dash cancel (MBDC with either forward or backward + 3 + MB, then dash out of it), however this only prevents the knockdown and you still eat damage.

The best advice is to learn where the IOs are, and how to avoid them when they come flying at you. Each character has tools (ie - Batman can slide under the infamous Pig) to avoid getting attacked, learn your character, and the maps, and you will do fine.

In Plaza, the bust of a hero is Orion. Biological son of Darkseid. IO statue in the far left is Star Girl. Yes, that is Metallo in the cell block of Stryker Island. I feel for the poor bastard.

Can we get confirmations on which stages/interactables glitch the game aside from the motorcycle?

You should write how to dodge IO so we stop this stupid “Interactive objects are too OP” shit.

What is the motorcycle glitch?

Also, if anybody wants to list off some of the ways to make crazy cinematic type stuff happen in the levels (ie- Daily Planet statue breaks off and rolls at you, Giant Squid attacks at Atlantis), lemme know so I can add that too

Interrupt the motorcycle in Wayne Manor and the camera starts to bug out. Apparently, Tom Brady mentioned that the piano in the manor does the same thing as well.

Edit: It’s around 18:23 in this vid.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwoJg8yLED0&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Hm I must say i actually really like the stage idea. I do feel some interactables need minor tweaking. SO far I prefer Wayne manor (Great room). I like having wall bounce and chande

lol Wayne Manor is currently banned from tournaments until the motorcycle/piano glitches are dealt with.

I am loving Watchtower. SOOOO much damage potential on that map. Sadly, the player on the right side has an advantage due to all the robots who fly in from that side, and thus become easy to use projectiles.

To be brutally honest, this is one of the first games where I don’t really seem to mind what level I play on. They’re all extremely good. I am hoping they can find time to add a few more, especially when more characters start coming out.

SoVI3t - Let me know if you need help with the InterO’s and Maps. I have the Prima guide which is quite detailed with info on them.

only info I think I need is damage values on the grenades in the Batcave

If you wanna proof read mine, lemme know lol. I think the damage values should all be accurate, with the exception that distances matter for some. For instance, Gadget characters can damage standing characters with some blown up IOs, yet other’s require them to be jumping near the explosion, while some explosions send the blown up object flying.

Damage would fluctuate at the exact same distances too. I could stand in one spot and get 16% damage, then I would test it again to verify, and get 15%.

The APC turret in Metropolis Street was annoying this way. Raven d2 into IO would only deal like 6% extra damage, yet MB Singularity (QCB2+MB) would add 8%. The damage seemed to vary depending on the height of the character being hit, how many hits of a combo you were at, and the preceding move.

right now I just wanna find out some of the secret kinda stuff, like getting the giant squid to show up, but I assume this is possible via damage to the arena rather than some sort of IO.

I tested all maps with Batman (G), Raven (A), and Doomsday §, for what it is worth

I would also like to find out what the range is on Level Transitions, so I can add that data. Just so people know where they can hit somebody with a wall bounce and get an LT instead of a WB instead.

I believe that’s marked in training mode when you turn on one of the displays.

Yea, hazards are marked in training mode.

What needs to be done to trigger the glitches with Motorcycle and Piano?

the motorcycle looked like all you have to do is simply get hit off the motorcycle as it’s facing the screen

i don’t have a clue about the piano

We should probably also compile a list of which objects can be MB’ed for each character type, and also a list of which characters belong to which types (personally I have no idea).

I’ll start:

Power: Black Adam§, Superman§, Green Lantern§, Cyborg§
Acrobat: Raven (A), Deathstroke(A), Joker(A)
Gadget: Batman(G)

MBable IO’s:

Arkham/Joker’s Asylum:
Cell Block: Torture rack§, TV’s§
Mess Hall: Chandelier§, Pillar statues(All)

Atlantis:
Globe§, Tablet§, Aquariums(All)

Stryker’s Island:
Cell Block:Robot sentry(A) will take his gun and fire it, infinite uses(you missed this one)
Robot sentry(A,P), Center robot§, Turret§, Container§
Yard: Weights§, Barrels(All), Machine§

what do you mean MB’d IOs? you mean that you can burn a meter while throwing the IO?

Yes, most IO’s that can be thrown can be MB’ed, but not all of them. Some other IOs can also be MB’ed such as the aquariums in Atlantis, as you can see.

What does the MB’d version do?
