No, I wasn’t implying that you were a troll. But your responses so far have been far from civil and people can mistake your actions as being troll like. Just saying.
You can say all of this with only a few screenshots and no game play footage? I wish I had your foresight. No matter how optimistic you are about the company you’ve been following, you should never make assumptions based upon past works. A developer may decide to change direction in terms of their style or their practices and go against what they’ve made up to that point in time. For all you know, they may play this completely straight and do quite a conventional fighter (remember, BlazBlue was dubbed as being a fighting game with simpler conventions compared to Guilty Gear and an indepth story).
Until we see solid gameplay footage and a comprehensive look at its features, even you can’t say for certain whether this game isn’t for us “meatheads”.
Again, you can ignore the trolls and the people laughing, because they’re always going to be in this place. There is genuine interest within the thread, so why don’t you focus your energies into positive ways of trying to take advantage of that interest instead of needlessly bashing, namecalling and pigeonholing. You shouldn’t be dismissing people’s interest and trying to drive them away.
I’m not criticising anyone or anything. How can I? We’ve barely seen anything. Save this comment for if the bashing begins once we’ve seen what this game’s about.
Like I said, people will form opinions about something and will usually stick to it (unless they’re very open-minded, which is pretty uncommon).

And yeah, some people can’t read Japanese or mistranslate (Google Translate is definitely not our best friend XD), so misinformation can happen when it comes to games coming out of Japan. Of course, you corrected this for us, though not in the most civil of manners.
And as long as you understand that. And it wouldn’t be an extreme faction of meatheads - the main point of fighting games, believe it or not, is competition between two people (or more, depending on the game of course). People can and will make it competitive if the need arises.
Not everyone here is ignorant of the visual novel genre of PC games, so I wouldn’t lump all the meatheads together as you’re doing.
It’s a fighter with Japanese animation stylings. Regardless of whether it is tastefully done or whether the content is questionable in the eyes of “meatheads”, people are going to rag on it regardless. But there are people here who don’t mind the styling, or who are willing to look past that if the game play is deep, interesting and, above all, fun.
You could have asked the topic starter via PM to make corrections and put out the right information. It would have saved you all the bother and stress. Just a thought.
I honestly couldn’t care. I’ve been playing enough niche games for a big enough portion of my life to know that you’re not going to convince everyone, and so I don’t care what people say about Arcana Heart’s looks and style. It’s their opinion, which everyone should have, and I’m not in the business of converting people. Besides, have you seen the comments when AH3 hits SRK’s front page? XD
Looks like I’m the only one responding to you though, so methinks I’ll just leave it at that for now. I and some other people do know how you feel, trust me. But there could have been other productive ways of addressing it.

So because it supposedly has a good story, interesting character designs, and simple, accessible gameplay it’s not meant for me? GUESS I’D BETTER STOP SHOWING INTEREST IN IT SINCE YOU APPARENTLY KNOW THAT I HATE GOOD THINGS. Look, I hate misinformation and over-generalizations too. The thing is that that’s what you yourself are doing just because the OP got somethings wrong and a few people made troll posts (Which happens all the time, big fucking deal). Like Tu101uk said, you could’ve handled it much better. Calling everybody meatheads who “count frames and subanalyze moves” isn’t productive in any way, it just makes you look bad.
People already do that in droves. So ignore them if they’re just bashing it for aesthetics or correct them if they post false information. Simple as that.

Anyway, is there any kind of warentee or anything you can get when importing a J360, see games like Wartech: Senko No Ronde Duo and this coming out but my luck with actualy getting 360s to last has been questionable at best so far, so I wouldn’t want to order one with nothing to cover me and then be out of pocket if it decides to throw a technological tantrum and stop working a few months down the line. (I know RROD isn’t a big deal now but mine never had that as the cause of breaking)
PS. Thought the maid’s staff has a drill on the end but a bullet is pretty interesting too, here’s hoping it does more than just get swung around as a blunt instrument.

I knew this game reminded me of something!
5pb/Nitroplus worked on a visual novel called Chaos;Head. I remember watching the anime based off of it(Not a bad show either). Looks like they didn’t stray too far from the game, considering the some weapon design aspects.
