it wouldn’t stop me from buying the game, but it’s just neat to play it on pc like that.

It’s my hope that this one will be versus with only one cabinet. I know that needing two boards was a huge stumbling block for a lot of US arcades.
I can do with an old US cabinet for the game, but it’s unlikely anyone outside of the west coast will get the game if they have to buy two of them.

This X1000!!! Tekken 6 has support for this feature SSF4 should as well. This was the reason we never saw a local arcade in many places. Viewlix cabs are expensive enough as is.
You guys think SSFIV Arcade will rank #1 on the Arcadia Magazine Top 10 Arcade Rankings on its debut, or is it way too soon to speculate on that…? :wonder:
Very excited for this announcement! I’m planning a trip to Japan this summer and I’d love to try and have it coincide with the SSF4 arcade release. I wonder when we’ll find out about the release date… I need to plan my trip!

Could we expect them to stay in arcades and from the looks of it most likely consoles?
Though a different prospective, easy wins and its going more towards formula gameplay where you do the exact same thing and there is nothing the other person can do about it unless they have an ex move good enough to escape.

Console owners are probably the guinea pigs this time, maybe they just want to see what will be abused online or at pre-arcade release tournaments first? Giving everybody a chance to fuck around in training mode for as long as they want for a few months might be better than location tests. Who knows, as long it’s not a simultaneous release then there’s hope.
