Hey, are the ending FMVs ridiculously low quality for anyone else? The framerate is terrible for me. Is this a problem on my end, a problem with the PC version or is it something that’s also on the consoles? And yes, I can run the game just fine, I’m running it on max settings with an A rating.

Activate V Sync if your FMVs have like a horizontal line in the middle or something like that,look closely. Game looks great and it seems more optimized than AE which is great news.
I’m getting it for Pc because here we have more players here on computers than consoles. Can’t wait for May 11.
Oh, they said there’s a day 1 patch coming with all the updates that consoles have.
I was looking through the movies and there is a hi-res video and a low-res video. Not sure why it’s playing the low res but you can either reinstall or delete the low res movie.
Not to instigate, but how is that ban worthy? Using the same logic, talking about any game before it’s released is ban worthy. o.O;
I think he means talk of pirating… I’m pretty sure anyone who wants to get hussy (with me, in particular) gets auto-trumped by the fact I can easily show them my preorder receipt, lol. It’s not really pirating if you’ve already purchased the game, lol.
Cuz talking about the game and talking about the leaked copy are two different things 
I don’t recall talking about leaked games being bannable, I thought the rule was that if you LINK to leaked games, you get banned.

They probably used the same quality of cutscene/copy pasta’d so it would not be surprising if they are low quality.
It is also pretty odd why this game is so much smaller than AE. Someone already pointed out that half the shit is just movies, so all in all the “actual” game is like 2 gb? lol. Why is Vanilla/AE so much bigger? This game has a larger roster than vanilla. And more features.
But there’s two kinds of movies in the files, high and low quality. The opening movies seem to be in the same folder, but in that directory, I can only find the high quality ones, I don’t know where they keep the LQ ones. The LQ ones that play during the game for me are of MUCH lower quality than the HQ ones in that folder.
Good question, maybe some sort of new compression they are using? Either way its a good thing since its download only. I’m preordered will be getting it on friday.
I have been looking forward to this game’s release on pc, despite all of the anti-hype that’s been surrounding it. I really want to support capcom and the community by buying it legitimately, and I want to believe that in return I will get the backing and support I need to enjoy this game in full. That is, timely patches and no underhanded DLC schemes. I already know the current DLC deal is flakey but I will let it slide for now because I want to believe I am a valued customer. I am already jaded enough with the gaming industry as a whole, and the skeptical stance I am forced to take is wearing me down and killing my hype. That’s why on this occasion I will just bite the bullet and say “f it, I’ll buy it”. I have enjoyed SF4 and AE on GFWL for a long time now, even through some mysterious BSOD issues and with a very small player base currently.
Having said that, I don’t know if I’m allowed to link it here but I found a very cheap place to buy just a key (which is enough to play legitimately, afaik) for a fraction of the price on steam. As far as I can tell it’s legit for GFWL but you can’t use the key to activate a steam copy so you have to obtain the game yourself. If anyone’s interested in a deal like that, feel free to ask me in a message.
Lastly, add me on GFWL as Yuriwa if you want someone to spar with. I’m also still on AE, and soon (the 11th?) I’ll be on SFxT. Waiting for Cody to come out, trying most characters until then.
SFxT costs around 12-13$ in Russia so if you want the game cheap its the place to look at.
