Capcom doesn’t care what I say on an SRK thread more than the people posting in their official issues thread, the same posts that they took notice on when making the first patch.
I never said don’t say anything bad about the PC version.
This conversation started when Necrotrophic said "Anyone who thinks this is the best version of the game is delusional"
And your first post in this conversation included this: “Im willing to bet those people who you say are playing the game “problem free” dont know any better and this is their only version of the game”
That’s what I’m taking issue with here.
This IS the best version of the game, people ARE playing it with no hitches, and you are being offensive toward anyone who says otherwise, nobody has said “Your computer just sucks get a better one” all I have said is “That statement is incorrect, the problem only appears to be happening to you”
Like it or not, Capcom Unity is the place to report your problems if you want them to take notice and fix it, whether or not you’re posting in here as well.
Yea and included in my post, along with several other people, were my statements that there is somethingh wrong with the game. Your response? “Its your pc dude” when it aint. It aint just me. It aint just him. Its everyone who has stated that they have had problems. What you take an issue with is anyone saying there something wrong with the game.
Your response is always somethings wrong on your end cuz the game is perfect. The very reason for me posting. NOT to talk to you, but to say hey It happens to me too on two different pc’s. Dont mind these agenda driven fanboys telling you its your pc.
There are people playing it with hitches no matter how much you attempt to say otherwise. So no it aint the best version of the game not even close no matter how hard you wish upon a burning star for it to be.

Saying “Your particular machines having issues with the game” does not inherently shove the blame onto your machine, it inherently says the game does not have the issues you’re having in the majority of instances, which you claim otherwise when you say that everyone just can’t notice it because you’re speshul.
Don’t forget the part where you said everyone who says they aren’t having problems are just too stupid to notice it.

Every game sucks because some people get scratched disks/broken cartridges/Hardware and OS compatibility problems, totally reasonable.
Just because the game has problems with certain hardware, just as disks have problems with certain real life situations that get them scratched, doesn’t detract from the fact that everything in the PC version, from the visuals to the Controller compatibility, is superior.
Please learn how to read properly.
If you’re going to argue with me about problems I’m not having, here’s the place.

Well the game always asks me to run the benchmark before playing online if I tinker with the graphics settings before, but like I said, I can choose to skip it but I think it gives me an E grade if I do.
I am sick of all the bitchin here and people saying IF YOU CAN’T GET MINIMAL 60 FPS DON’T PLAY LIVE… What a bunch of buuuullllshiiittt… I played a friend in SF4 all the time and he had such a crappy laptop that he could only get it to work by switching off the background and setting everything on low or off, and even then he didn’t have constant fps and STILL I PLAYED AGAINST HIM WITH NO LAG WHATSOEVER and his performance hasn’t affected mine not once!!! The only setting that can affect both pcs is VARIABLE… Everything else is freakin CONNECTION, so stop with the bullshit… If one pc’s modded costumes and stages don’t affect the original on another pc then why do you think your configuration will affect other peeps gameplay…
Online is great. I have all my settings turned all the way down to the lowest possibe. You should do it for the other guy your playing. My level is always just like a grey screen with lines. I don’t think you should play SF for the visuals unless you like Jacked Chicks with huge legs or dudes…

I played some fool today called II tRue II. I made the mistake of using giefs taunt while I buffered an ultra to finish him off as I usually do.
he sent me a message asking why and steadily flew into a rage, logging in with multiple accounts and trying to counter pick my matchup, in which case using VEGA and doing everything he could settle his rage. Usually by doing wall dives and jumping from one part of the screen to another.
The version is probably the best out there though, more people should play, as we would all be on the same one, its dumb having a split with PS3/360.
The graphis on the PC are the best too.
After buying 2 new parts and having to replace one that broke, I’m finally online playing AE on PC. I’m loving it so far, most games are pretty smooth and I’m running the game at 1080p. Only problem is the constant screen tearing, is there anything I can do about that?
VSync, but it introduces a little bit of input lag for some people so I would play with it to see if it affects you. Sometimes using VSync outside of the game is better (in your video card drivers or through 3rd party software).
I always see people say don’t turn it on so I didn’t. I just tried it and it feels the same to me. So for the time being I guess I’ll leave it on. Thanks for the telling me this though.
