Seimitsu has only 2 pivot design, not even the size is different between them. All LS series that use lubrication has the same pivot design (and size), even the oldschool neogeo stick has the same one, along with the same spring cover used in 56 and 58. Only the 40 has a different (bit fat) pivot…which btw share the same shaft as 55.

I want to disagree with that. Looks like I need to find some calipers and make measurements one day. It me the only way to know for sure is to take measurements.

Couple months ago i took some from a ls-56 pivot hole with a sandpaper to fit a JLF shaft in a LS-32 body, the actuation doesn’t work obviously but the motion is 100% perfect, feels like a original LS-32 with thinner/lighter shaft and absolutely no flaws…except the pivot jump but it’s again obvious.

That’s enough to convince me that except 40’s, they are all the same. Very minimal measurement differences won’t make me to believe Seimitsu manufactures those pieces with 1/2mm smaller or bigger for a exclusive stick model.

Good info. Would still be nice to have some measurements just to be sure, it would be pretty interesting if it really was just the hole for the shaft that was different.

I’ve got calipers, I’ll try to take some measurements this weekend… who’s going to port this conversation over to the support pages

@butteroj and @georgec oh George…

Good news, we got new balls
Better news, those balls are going down in price (we were able to get the vendor to drop prices… A LOT)
Even better news, next weeks coupon, will be a link an exclusive sale, some of these ball tops were the LAST available at the company.

@armi0024 - Could you do me a huge favor and compare the color on Butteroj’s Emerald Tiger Eye ball top and an Aqua PS-14-G button and let me know how well they match up? The color on the picture for the aqua button is a bit different than the actual color.

I want the credits :stuck_out_tongue:

Kidding

Geez you announce new ball tops 2 days AFTER my purchase was shipped :frowning: hopefully there will still be some ball tops next week if i make another order but i’m looking to get a white (or gold) 45mm balltop :frowning:

I’m going to see if we can take high res pics with buttons, that’s would be helpful for everyone.

jaquio did an amazing job with claiming credit for the support page

Sonic, I still need to drill them all out, they probably won’t be ready until next week… The good news is that with the new “negotiations” with the supplier and by ordering more at once we should be able to offer these at $15 each from now on.

Oh great, thanks for the heads up. I just got my package today and would love to try out the little kahunas tonight (mail man took to long so my chocolate melted :(…)

Time to order more stuff for chocolate

Right now get a small thank you voucher for every product puchased and reviewed on the site!

Tried all the silent pads for 30mm buttons and they were fantastic. I’m more in favor of the thick pads for the Sanwa and the little kahunas made my Seimitsus quiet as a church mouse. But I did get a little confused with the PAS-OBS plungers thinking that I can add artwork to them. Is there a way I can make an exchange for the clear Sanwa plungers instead?

Yes, we can switch those out, just shoot Susan an email.

Thanks to Moonchilde for the Kahuna’s!

We are giving vouchers for each review up to 10 reviews. You should go to fgc.paradisearcadeshop.com and review the silents!

You can use our new LEDs with the Kaimana… or you can use our adapter and retrofit any common anode system, yes Sparky SMD and Uila users this means you!!!

Ooohhh… pretty lights

This, This I Like.

So what is the procedure to just direct deposit my whole paycheck to you?

So Armi, are those LEDs intended to go inside of the buttons?

Uila’s go in
Pele’s go around
Kaimana J’s go under
Which do you like

Yes, these will work with Uila’s also, and… we have the fittings for installation

Oh wow, finally we will have a bunch of options!!!

I can’t wait to see the pcb with the LED connected.
