Paradise Arcade Shop, LED Joysticks, Buttons, Mods and more

Thank you, I threw in 8 of them.

@armi0024 have you ever thought of doing a bat top LED?

@armi0024 sent you an email, please send me an e-mail back.
Thanks

First there would have to be clear bat tops.

Right I’m aware of that, that’s why I ask Armi. He would be the best person to get a manufacture to produce one. Its obvious he has ties with the right people, its just a matter of interest I would think.

It would be amazing if he could, I have been wanting to have access to a clear battop forever.

LS-56 for life! Does that ls-32 circle gate fit on the LS56? It looks like it should. plz confirm

I’d add a selection of PA’s fab springs and actuators, too, since they’re fun to experiment with (0.5mm actuator and 2lb JLF spring is what I settled on), and also get six thin silencer pads, 'cause they’re brill and cost buttons.

1 spring and 1 actuator per ā€œkindā€? or should i throw a bunch in since they’er close to free anyway

the silencers, are there any for the seimitsu KN-buttons? i didn’t see any :frowning:

e/ just realized that it pushes the shipping up by $35 to add some stuff, need to really decide closely if it’s worth the extra $35 in shipping lol

e2/ shouldn’t spam this wonderful topic with this stuff, thanks a lot though guys

I’d agree with that just having the option to change and fine tune your joystick is great.

No it won’t.

Thanks for shipping my package!!

So… any news on the projected cost of the Kaimana?

awesome stuff PAS.

next up, LED’s, but i wanna wait for your led controller board to get done  quick question, do PELE’s come with harnesses? I see it has pins.

I’ve been waiting to see what you did with this awesome art. Gonna post up some pics anytime soon??

its not quite done, i need to throw more money at PAS for hollow shafts, LED balltops and button LED’s :v

If you don’t want to reveal it to the world I wouldn’t mind a PM of a progress pic

Can’t wait to see the finished stick too, @hibachifinal - the way that the colors on the Seimitsus ā€œpopā€ when you install X-Busters is awesome. I know that the violets on my SCV stick look WAAAY better with them installed than with the standard white plungers. It looks like the little details that I commented on when you posted the art are gonna stand out even more now that it’s printed.

The thread blew up today! Sorry guys long day at work I’ll answer questions very soon!

Quick comments: Kaimana is going to be around 30. We are still waiting for harnesses! I insisted on ribbon cable, evidently this was a bit complicated.

I can’t say how glad I am that we did the X-busters. We actually had a quote from Seimitsu themselves on doing these, but they were not clear (they actually ran and shipped 8 of them to me, but they wanted us to buy 10,000 in buttons!)

We are releasing a line of gates, including circle restrictors, specifically for the LS-56. We will also be doing 32’s and 40’s. The LS-56 in particular will have multiple sizes available to take advantage of its very short throw actuation.

Hibachi, nice stuff!!!

Ok dinner time, I’ll be back.

It’s going to be a weird Christmas this year…
Assuming we’re all talking to each other again, I’m probably going to ask family members for balltops…
Cheap gifts, and they will be used or kept in a ā€œmini-museumā€ until ready to be used. ( = tackle box after I buy one…)
<They’re not gonna believe this!>
I still have it as a goal to get a Zippyy + Silent Kit and have a go at it to see how it is… At the very least, I’d be getting an LS-32 equivalent for less than half-cost unless there’s a suggestion for microswitch upgrades/alternatives if I would decide not to pursue the silent mod further.
I’ve just gotten too curious to see what the fuss about silent parts is NOT to look into it. I’m just not going the JLF route and would rather buy the pads from you guys at Paradise Shop since I have a mix of Seimitsu and Sanwa buttons. I’ve gotta admit I’ve gotten less crazy about some of Sanwa’s practices lately and am glad that alternatives to those guys exist.
I hate monopolies… They haven’t exactly worked out well in my area where Cable TV is concerned. I dropped it last year because not only was I disgusted by content by the price I was paying for %@$%@! wasn’t worth it.
