thanks for the info Hibachi and Moonchilde. I just wanted to try some seimitsu for myself, I’ve heard lots of things about32 and 55/56 but not much of 33.
It would be great if there was a compact joystick body that has universal screw holes that match madcatz and hori case screw posts, with the option of changing gates too… the stock hori sticks are compact and don’t feel too bad but you’re kinda stuck with one gate.
I think we can do a new stick as a mod of one we like to mod… We can keep the same feel but step up the performace with micros and cut the height with some simple mods.
LED ready? now come one, you think we would do something without being able to light it?
Hell we make Wico shafts you can run LED’s up!
I’m impressed by the attention that PAS gives suggestions from the community like this slim joystick idea. I am glad that we have people like you watching out for us. That said, I have a Hori Wii Stick that I would love to drop a different joystick into as well. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Where do the Little Kahuna Silent Pads sit in the button. I just hope they look alright with x-busters installed in the button.
Little Kahuna sits between the switch and the plunger.
It shouldn’t be too intrusive, and you’ll get to see more of the inside of the barrel.

does it affect sensitivity? looks like it’ll shorten the throw distance.
It shortens the travel just slightly but testing has been very postitive.

Your choice of one of four shafts. We made some “special” arrangements with our partner and will be offering Crown sticks with threaded shafts as a standard product. Just because we love you guys, we decided to offer JLF height, Crown height (Crown bats and balls typically sit about 7mm higher off the plate than Sanwa), and in both 6mm and 10mm (RGB size)

Little kahuna has a big brother called the Big Kahuna, pictures tomorrow, slightly thicker for large micro Seimitsu sweet silence.
The other two are the production gates for the LS-56. Design is done and ready for the laser, we just need bling to make them pretty. I expect final cuts on Tuesday.
LS-32 gates are being tested along with LS-40 gates.
We are looking to not only fill the holes in the current gates available, but also offer some colorful pieces to dress up the stick!

IS the Crown CWJ-303J the same as the 303-FK in the sense that it’s designed to fit into Japanese joystick cases?
(Ball handle appreciated, btw. I am NOT a Ford customer! I do like more colors available than just black, please! More options are generally better.)
To be honest, I’ve found that I can get used to the square gates on the Seimitsu joysticks whereas I was never able to do the same with the Sanwa JLF.
I can only imagine you’re trying to put out an octogate for the LS-40? Not for me but maybe other people will benefit from it… I definitely think the LS-40 could do with a better four-way gate than the stock Seimitsu. The stock Seimitsu yellow gate with the four-way restrictor (Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, etc.) is a POS on the LS-40 to put it mildly.
As for me, I’d be interested as well in a possibly tighter spring (maybe 15-20% tighter) than the stock LS-32 spring Seimitsu provides for the LS-32/LS-40 joystick levers. That and the the LS-56 spring… I like the LS-58 but the stock spring is a bit too loose for my overall comfort.
The LS-40 is very limited springwise. You have to cut a part or two to make other springs fit and I frankly don’t like “mangling” my gear more than necessary… (That’s probably why I make fun of the JLF with all its “unique quirks.” The situation there is far worse than the much smaller issues the Seimitsu LS series joysticks have.)
Are there any plans to restock any of the sold-out balltop handles like the Wico red ball, Butteroj’s sold-out stock, and the mirror balls? Could a special order be made for a specific meshball color/style not currently on the site?
(I’m trying to get my “$h!t together” so that I can start having some fun again and moving towards my dream goals… That includes getting some arcade gear before the end of the year… I definitely want to finish revamping several joysticks. Plans do NOT include buying a PS4 this year… maybe next year!)
@georgec trust me, the ball top market is going to get VERY interesting, and we will have Red Wico very soon (mirros are in stock but didn’t transfer stock to the new store, we noticed that last night and will fix today

Hi, do you carry any transparent seimitsus or are the white ones (White Seimitsu PS-14-KN 30mm Pushbutton) transparent except the plunger(i think they are called? the thing inside you can replace)
also doing my first order. i got everything i plan on mod (buttons/pcb/some ball and battops) is there anything standard, custom or special that’s good/cool to get when its the fisrt time i order stuff? first mod and shipping to europe is expensive so want to get it all at once, cables or something
