Paradise Arcade Shop, LED Joysticks, Buttons, Mods and more

Including the New Thick silencers :)? I imagine I’ll order at least 16-24 of those on top of what’s currently in my cart.

yes :frowning: Those will be up this weekend along with the 24mm silences for hit box peeps

Awesome! Prepare to accept more of my money this weekend!

Any special contact or method to receive these magical treasures, or are items like the Sanwa Star going to be just on website to add to cart?..

The will go up on the site soon!

Posting new stuff today, but I wanted to share our new lighting line on demonstration at the NW Pinball Expo. I know it’s not a fight stick, but if we can do this in a pinball machine, just imagine the possibilities in your stick!!! Skillshot Pinball Co. will be sourcing LEDs through Paradise Arcade Shop, and supporting our R & D efforts to really bring these products forward.

LEDs will post as soon as we receive them, new controllers are being assembled as we speak!

got myself the silent jfl mod kit with zippys and realized they don’t fit due the metal bars that activate the switches so looked up the vid again on your site and in his zippy’s there aren’t any metal bars. How do I remove em?

Zippy’s are easy to take apart. Get a small flat head screwdriver and look for the two pieces to the switch housing. Pop it off gently with the screwdriver (Zippy’s come off very easy) so you don’t disturb the spring on the inside of the switch. You can then take the levers off. You won’t even need to fully take the case apart to remove the levers, just enough so you can pull them out.

Thanks! worked like a charm.

Just want to double-check here; these new battops really do have a 10mm thread, as opposed the 6mm thread of the original four colors, correct? I was caught off-guard by that inconsistency between these and the older bats.

They do, but Susan, being amazingly nice, is including the 6-10mm adapter with each one… So the new bat tops will work on 6mm or 10mm threading

Thought I would share some fun…

OMG!!! Please tell us you’ll be offering custom laser etching! I’d be all over that!

Isn’t that what I just said

We are working on etching the bat, ball tops and shaft covers, which is possible but requires some additional hardware and will probalby be a premium priced object.

Also, keep your eyes open for new boxes we will showcase at Evo. We have a few things we are working on that should be fun!

Fat soft silencers are cut, for 30 and 24mm buttons, original silencers are done for 30 and 24mm buttons also.

It is so much fun to scan, design, and composite art for customs…

It’s the paying part that always sucks unless you’re the one getting the money! LOL

Art started something evil with Tek Innovations…
Now with these new parts and new developments, I know I have to settle some bill business and hanker down just to get 1/4 of what’s interesting me now!

(MS is blowing it with the XBox One PR… Less money wasted, and man are they running their preview shows bad this round of upcoming consoles…! Still gonna wait a year and let the companies sort out the bugs in their new consoles after launch. Nintendo is dead as far as the console market is concerned, IMHO… They blew it with the Wii. You can win a major battle but STILL lose the war… I imagine the Wii left a very bad taste in many people’s mouths and I think that’s definitely hurt the Wii U. But then, again, I haven’t liked much of what Nintendo’s done since Donkey Kong… THAT is my all-time favorite Nintendo game, not Super Mario Bros.)

Armi,

Would you consider any shaft developments for Seimitsu sticks? I’m amazed to this day that nobody’s done a production shaft cover for the LS-32…!

As for the other LS joysticks, one shaft design will pretty much fit them except for the insidious fact that the shafts somehow snap on/fit into a tight groove on the other LS joysticks. They are not like the JLF or LS-32 where you can just slip things on and off the shaft. The shafts are integral in the joystick construction. (Sorta like how you can’t remove Microsoft Internet Explorer without crashing your PC… You want to, BUT…) You pretty much have to disassemble the LS-40/LS-55/LS-56/LS-58 shaft assemblies to remove and replace the original shaft covers.

LS-33’s totally different and has its own shaft cover which is different from the other LS joysticks.

P.S. – As far as dustwashers are concerned, the dustwashers for shaft-covered JLF’s (pretty much 90+% of all JLF’s sold now) should fit the LS joysticks. They’d be really loose on the LS-32 unless you mod a JLF shaft cover to fit it. I don’t know how loose they are on the other production LS joysticks but I’d imagine they’d slip on fine… The JLF shaft is cross-compatible with the common (LS-40/-55/-56/58) Seimitsu shaft covers after a simple mod. It’s the same interior thinning mod I have to do to get the JLF shaft covers to fit the LS-32 shaft.

What’s so different about the LS-32 shaft that a JLF shaft won’t fit it? The shafts work on the LS-40 and the LS-56 for sure. The LS-56 shaft is designed in a way that it easily works, but the LS-40 shaft is required for proper mounting height and spring tension.

BTW, as soon as those dust washers and shaft covers are listed I’m putting in an order.

Armi,

I’m in the process of placing my order, but PLEASE let us know when the etching options are available, as I already have an idea for what I want etched on one! I’ll live with a blank washer for now… Those Aluminum parts look too sweet to just sit and wait on them.

Hmmmm, maybe the next 30 orders over 50 get a free etched washer? Any thoughts on that?

Im just about to place an order, my total is only 32 bucks so were can I buy an etched washer since I didnt get to the 50

The cost $18
I am kidding, let me see what I can do today about setting something up.

George, we are actively working on being able to do shaft covers on all josyticks…
