Spring break is here and i’m in the rock’, at work, making money to keep me fed, etc. (I did this shit last year for Spring Break too, sucks to have no money.)

Yeah, i didn’t get a job over the winter break, and I’m sure as hell not working at school, so i was pretty low on cash for the last couple of months (like, stealing food from the dining hall low). Also, I hate math despite being the mastah of programming and statistics (AP 5, what!? :lol: ), so tutoring is out of the question… I’ve got to wait until the end of the semester to really make money writing other people’s papers, too… sigh
anyway, quit complaining, hiro. I haven’t had any serious video game competition (outisde of smash brothers in my freshman year) since i first went to school, let alone consistent, high-level TTT comp. (You’re lucky )
The most damaging juggles I know are Nina’s Divine Cannon, and Heihachi and Jin’s Wind God Fist ones. But none of them do 75%. Which juggle are you talking about?
Also, I cannot wait to see you (alex) play dhalsim. If you’re actually any good at it, i’ll be impressed. Otherwise, i’ll have a good laugh… and lose to storm anyway.
Xerlic: I think most people posting in this forum are in high school, and probably have class at 1:30 on wednesday. (Although… i remember a number of times when several of us would actually cut school to go to the arcade… good old days…) And the rest of us are at college, except for me, at work over my spring break. So you prolly won’t have the best competition at that time slot.

Advent: Ah, well the reason I picked Wed at 1:30 was because FireisWet said he was free on Mon and Wed at that time. ^^;; Regardless, I’ll be around then, and I’ll see about coming on Sat if you want some GGXX comp. I absolutely suck at MvC2 and CvS2, so don’t expect any comp from me at those games.

oh well… i figured out a nasty combo with jin in TTT… it starts with the sweep kick shit (the one where he spins around) into the lasor cannon, then the demon’s paw… ma~~~~d damage… hard to get off but its some sick shit
Which move is the Demon’s Paw? f,f+2? and how many spins on the sweep kicks?

Palisades has a GGXX box? No way! I haven’t gone there once this break, because i assume the competition and machines suck, but i’ll make an exception to learn how to play this awesome game. (Unless it’s $.75 or $1 a game, ala T4)

Yeah, those were some good games FireisWet. I will say that you’re much better at FRC than I am. You kept nailing those Gun Flame FRC’s like they were nothing. I’m loving that Fefnir (I think that’s the move…Sol’s HCF+HS) FRC. I’m gonna have to try out some of those tactics we were discussing earlier today. I’m glad you like my Baiken and Dizzy, tho I felt my Dizzy performance was lacking. I only got an ice spike FRC combo in once or twice. That Testament was SERIOUS. So aggressive. You were pulling some nasty stuff like Grave Digger RC launches. Sol loop combos are so cheap! So good tho. If you’re still unsure about when to throw slashes/kicks in, let me know and I’ll try to give a better explanation. I’ll swing by Saturday since I gotta grab my mem card from you. Thanks again for grabbing it. =) I’ll be able to stay depending on how long my girlfriend decides she wants to shop. I might bring some of my friends who play depending on what they’re doing that night.
Oh, I learned to throw from playing the two most throw happy ppl in Rochester. It’s just a matter of knowing when you have that 1 frame.

Oh and, HURRAY, prices are even higher on weekends, im not sure exactly how much, but I wouldnt be surprised if it were like $6/h on weekends.
