Thanks for the Clockwork vids. I feel like he’s taking alot of unnecessary risks, but he’s still representing. I wonder if we’ll see more Jills this time. I doubt it, but she’s much better by comparison in Ultimate.
Honestly, Clock’s Jill isn’t that great. Time and time again I was face palming when he got C.Viper or Dante in a coldstar blockstring while using jill, and just stood there.

I believe MarlinPie is more than skilled to block a raw 23 frame overhead. It is not likely to work if the opponent is already blocking. I think that he tried to bait a reversal/special from Viper to punish it with Somersault. I’d rather go for cross-up mixups after blockstun wears off, like Clock was doing half the time. In my opinion he should have at least try to use her command grab after cold star, though. Maybe he didn’t know the timing. And then of course there’s all the dropped combos, but I still think he did rather well.
Everybody is playing like its a new game, and when they are playing new characters they are playing like they are playing a character they haven’t fully learned yet. There’s no harm in that. I’m just glad ClockWork is repping Jill at all. He had her for about 2 weeks in vanilla and then went right back to Phoenix.

Some caught my Jill being used… UH OH… They don’t allow Twitch tv to be embedded. In the first vid, I used my friend (SoldiusVayne’s) real team against him for the hell of it. Second one is my real team in action.

Ya doom’s HM is my favorite combo extender for jill. VJ’s is still the best but its kinda useless outside of combos where as HM has a lot of uses.
On another note ensnarement is pretty awesome, i feel like she can do her most damaging corner combos with it. By using it ive been able to get 670K (should be over 700K on big characters) with a solo combo ending with the usual somersault xx MGS, havent been able to get that kind of damage before without assists.

Sorry about the crap video quality, I had to use my phone. I usually end it with X-23 Weapon X Prime for about 856,000 damage. Really easy to pull off. I have a lot more stuff with my Jill, X-23 & She-Hulk team I just need a better way of recording it. Anyways, have at you… dood!
