Hey guys, my name is Ram and Iām new to Ottawa (and to the forums). Iām looking for a local venue to play some fighting games (mainly Injustice and Smash Bros.) casually, maybe once or twice a week. Is there anything like that around here?

also anyone know where i can get a cheap copy of SF:Arcade edition please ? or if anyone has an extra copy and can pass it to me

Who pre-ordered Ultra? I think I might. Pre-ordering usually means you get extra stuff for a game youāll buy anyway.
Can you pre-order DLC on the xbox? I donāt think so. But you can pre-order DLC on the PS3? Iām really confused.

You arenāt likely to find much injustice happening around Ottawa. Thursday at Algonquin is mostly Street Fighter, Marvel, Tekken, Guilty Gear and Blazblue.
If you are looking for smash I suggest you hit up the Ottawa Smash Bros. group on facebook. They get together every week.
Thereās always rumours every now and then of a phantom KOFXIII scene, but itās like nobody knows if it ever exists. Thereās a bunch of people who do Smash too, for sure.
Iām looking forward to Ultra too, but probably waiting for physical release. Still, that top tier Juri is gonna be hella good. Or, I dunno, I might just try to learn Makoto.
I havenāt seen anyone break out the KOF lately, but the scene is pretty much Arun whooping all our asses even though he doesnāt practice anymore. All of us really main other games first, and talk about how weād play KOF more if it someone was hungry enough to rep it here.

They usually have some kind of bonus for pre-ordering. Just saying, itās probably worth it since youāre buying it anyway to get the free bonus. Whatever it is, Iām not even sure what it is.
