Well let’s see, the main torontotoptiers stream should’ve started half an hour ago today, and torontotoptiers2 is supposed to start at noon. I think both are going until around 10? I’m not sure when tomorrow goes until but I’d assume the start times are the same or similar.

Just a heads up. I don’t think there are any games this week at Algonquin. Bruce is out of town.
I won my first 2 then lost to Rami AKA PotatoBrain. Then I lost to a guy I beat in my second match. It was Iron Brian. I felt I should have gotten top 8. Iron Bryan uses Forest Law and Hwoarang, two characters I have lots of experience using and fighting against.
After the match though, since top 8 was on Sunday, we played lots of matches and I learned he is an old school player with loads of past experience. That made me feel better, and we exchanged Law strats. Iron Bryan lost his first match in top 8.
Overall I thought I could have beaten Iron Bryan if I had played better. My match VS Rami was really lopsided. I had used Nina/Feng to beat Iron Bryan the match before, so by the rules I had to use that team again. I would have liked to have started the match with Laws. I got beat by Rami 3-0. He is in the top 3 Tekken players in Canada, however.
Going by tournament results from Toryuken, Ottawa’s own Mohammed is now the best Tekken player in Canada. He was 2nd, losing only to OFDP, from New York state.
Oh snap, I didn’t even realize Mohammed was from Ottawa. Man…I really need to find a way to get a better monitor or TV, since trying to play TTT2 on my current one makes me feel queasy after 15 minutes because of the “quality” of it.

That new pinball arcade, House of Targ on Bank Street at Sunnyside Street, has really crazy hours of operation. They open at 5 PM and close at 2 AM, and they have 3 days of the week that they don’t open at all.
I think I heard that Gonq won’t be happening the week Ultra comes out. Does anyone have any plans or want to get together to/test/learn stuff/practice/play once it comes out?
