- In the battle, Reed saves Sue from a gunshot from Taskmaster, and gets severely injured. (energy shot)

Pro-Reg: Clor, but he gets taken down by Herc.
Anti-Reg: Namor and Atlantis.
End of battle:
-Although the anti-reg forces looked like they were going to win. Cap surrenders because of the damage that had been done to the city. He felt that they weren’t fighting for the right reasons (for the well being of the people), and told both sides to stand down.
-Cap was arrested, and he took off his mask. Punisher picked it up. In other words: Pro-Reg won, 50 state initiative is now active, and more clones are being made (all named in Clor’s honor).
-Sue got back together with Reed.
-Tony Starks is the new Director of SHIELD
And one last thing: the resistance continues. Although every hero is to register, there are some (New Avengers for instance) that continue to fight.

And yeah Reggie, I think we’re all unanimous in saying Knightfall is not worth it. The artwork is horribly dated, I think the combined price of all 3 TPB’s is like, 55-60 bucks, and you don’t even gain anything from reading it. You’ll just say “Gee, I wish I could get the time back that I spent reading this crap.” Read Hush instead, if you haven’t already.
EDIT: I can’t believe I even picked up that bigass Street Fighter collection TPB – since I’m not very interested in being an obsessive collector (these days or ever, really) and all I care about with SF is just playing the damn games. Also, the dialogue was lousy IMO.
And WTF is with that Countdown series. I’ll be probably be following that, too…so DC can expect $3 from me every week for another year…

Yeah i picked up Civil War #7 today and WOW…i wasn’t really expecting Cap to do what he did.
SpoilerI mean the anti-reg was SO close to winning and all of a sudden they drop the ball. I still don’t like how Reed and Sue got back to together that damn quick especially after all the bullshit he did.

[details=Spoiler]Sue wasn’t exactly too eager to come back to Reed but you know why she’s doing it because like Cap, it’s not just between two people or two sides (Her and Reed) there are people involved in the middle, that’s why the panel near the end included their children. Which is the right thing to do, not just punch everything like a goddamn angry idealistic idiot because the conflict will never end, just look at the countries around the world that are mired in this kind of conflict like this for years now. It’s best to work it out like CIVIL-ized people without de-stabilizing the structure of things just to make a point or because of PRIDE and misplaced IDEALISM.
