1. Who characters and teams will you use (in order of selection)?
Spider-man(web-ball)\Dante(jam-session)\Deadpool(trigger-happy or quick work)
2. What type of game-play strategy are you pursuing with this team? (Explain)
Balanced, I want to be able to run-away if needed with decent zoning while being able to switch to rushdown depending on what the match up is.
The other advantage i see with this team is any of the characters can run point so depending on my match up i can switch it up.
3. What advantages does your point (first selected) character have?
Very high mobility(web swing/web zip) Air combo reset into Ultimate Web throw and a plethora of ways to go into Maximum Spider.
Web zip can, if used properly in conjunction with a low assist, possibly create some surprise unblockables due to using it as an instant overhead,
What disadvantages does your point character have?
Very floaty jump, average health, very reliant on mastering web-zip use.
What maneuverability options does your point character have?
Web swing, web zip, 2 air dashes
How will your assists aid your point character?
Assists will be used mainly for block string mix-ups to keep their character locked down in conjunction with web-zip(due to it havng a hit box)
jam session can be used as an OTG so possibly some DHC set ups with using that, crawler assault and Deadpools Bangbangbang
Deadpools quick work assist can be used with the web zip to try and work an ublockable set up. If using trigger-happy it will aid in zoning a character out.
4. What advantages does your secondary character have?
extremely strong combos, far reaching pokes, multiple ways to approach opponent
What disadvantages does your secondary character have?
To play dante properly looks like it will take some amount of time and execution to fully exploit his options.
What maneuverability options does your secondary character have?
Teleport, seemingly quick dash.
How will your assists aid your secondary character?
web-ball can potentially be used as a counter to a read effectively stunning the opponent for long enough for a dash in free combo.
quick work can possibly be used with his teleport to create some surprise unblockables while character is locked in block string.
trigger-happy can be used in conjunction with dante’s seemingly strong zoning game(long reach rockets, guns ect ect) and web-ball to zone many rushdown characters out till a advantageous situation is created.
5. What advantages does your last character have?
really strong zoning, counter-super(albeit lvl 3…)great hyper combos, good possible dhc options with both other characters.
What disadvantages does your secondary character have?
teleport breaks every third use could prove problematic if you lose focus for a bit, (lack of solid weakness examples due to not enough exposure at this point)
What maneuverability options does your last character have?
can cancel trigger happy into pineapple surprise, teleport, dash goes under most projectiles.
How will your assists aid your last character?
web-ball can be used to punish opponent on a proper read and used to extend ground combos, jam session can be used as an otg and to further lock down opponent in a block string
6. What kind of Delayed Hyper Combo opportunities do you think your team will have?
Web crawler assault(spidey) to cuttin time(deadpool)
million dollar(dante) to bangbangbang(deadpool)
maximum spider(spidey) to devil trigger(dante)
7. What type of impact will your Team Hyper Combo have on your opponent (Explain)?
crawler assault(spidey) million dollar(dante) bangbangbang(deadpool) seem like they will be able to do fairly good chip/combo damage while keeping the character in a spot for all 3 supers to hit.
8. What are some of the weaknesses of your team?
zoning is not the strongest in the game so rush down characters could prove problematic.
assists that can’t be push-blocked(storm, chun) are going to be hard to get out of with out a real invulnerable dp assist.
9. After filling out this questionnaire, are you still comfortable with your team?
i’m still really comfortable with my selections, although i’m slightly nervous how i’m going to handle strong zoning times or really strong rushdowns as my team is more of a “jack of all trades” type.

Where at VCC do you guys play? i havent really been at east campus long enough to figure out where the game room and all that is, and what time do you guys plan to be playing at?
Just go to the Cafeteria…you will see a big TV and people around it…that’s where we’ll be at!
EDIT: Also, if you leave near VCC East, pull a John Martin and just show up to play some Marvel anyways, parking in VCC is honestly a joke…as long as you don’t park in the teacher’s and faculty spots you’ll be good…security never does anything about the other cars. I’ve had friends that have gone whole semesters without parking permits… Just looks for Building 5 and you should be able to find the cafeteria in the 1st floor!
