And for those who are wondering more about the HK tournament, there was a surprise cash prize for the winner. I don’t know the full story, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but Trent didn’t really care for the prizes HK had to offer, so apparently they gave him the net value in cash. He got $140, which I would think is well worth it.

i will be posting in tournament thread when i get home, but just wanted to let you guys know the basic info first

Monday April 27th at Will’s Pub near downtown Orlando.

2/3 rounds, 2/3 matches double elimination pre and onsite registration. Might have to cap at 32 for time reasons, and seriously doubt 64 people will show up for this.

i also got the ok for 18 and up, but not all ages.

Questions: would orlando players be interested in this monthly event becoming a RanBat? I think its a good idea, but need some feed back. I also might do a smaller HD remix tourney this month and the month after a 3rd Strike tourney. Please give feedback.

Yep Pretty much, Walk back or Dash back(as long as you’re not in the corner) and you’ll get a free combo everytime. It’s honestly easy to say to do that, but even I have a hard time sometimes doing it quick enough unless they’re stomping from full screen. Just takes practice. If they Devil’s reverse, just Focus Attack it.

I went bowling last night, and did a personal best of 229. Anyone else bowl?

Yeah I used to bowl. Placed 3rd at Tampa Lanes league (36 weeks long league). My highest is 205, started at 96 average, end of league I averaged like 163 per game. Bowling is serious business.

Focus attacking DR is a bad idea. If the bison is good, his DR will cross you up and your FA will leave you open with him behind you. If he does an empty devil’s reverse he falls right next to you with enough time to throw you.

Oh and man its official I’m definitely moving to Orlando and soon maybe by the end of summer hopefully everything works out right. And man I’m gonna be in the O on Saturday but it sucks cause you guys are doing that big get together on Friday but i gotta fucking work at the club on Friday i would just skip out and try and get up there but i need the paper bad well either way i got spring break this week so ill be up there sometime or another.
