How would everyone feel if Alpha 4 had an anime-esque art style in vein of the MvC3 series? Capcom would get to make 3D models, but it wouldn’t compromise the Alpha series’ art style. I’d still prefer sprites, but that seems like a workable compromise, no?
No such thing as a workable compromise. If it isn’t sprites, people who want them will not be happy no matter what, simple as that.
we dont need sprites. I am perfectly happy with marvel3 models. they look just fine. all I want is the game to play SMOOTH(like cvs2) and no retarded-ass hit boxes.

Alpha 3 Max had like 15 game modes in it too. It’s a shame that World Tour mode never returned in other SF games.

I had to attend summer school back in the day because of the Alpha Series. Bring it on!
Yeah, what the hell? That was the most fun non VS mode ever. I would have loved to see it make a come back in any fighting game. It added lots of replay to the single player experience, plus it was always fun to use your own powered up character against a friends.
why create new alpha? ( we’ve already been there and done that enough times already ) spend resources on one of the other capcom fighters imho.
