This 's what I’m talking about, this may take very long time, but it is possible. If steamboy33 can transform every moves of every characters, sure Sic can make a mugen that contain all of characters in SF ever have movesets. May be it’s not as fluid and smooth as SF3, but at least it reminds you how much you love to play SF Arcade.
it can be smooth as sf3. its all about framework in animation trial n error trying to make it look right as sprites

i made sf3 gouken some time ago and here his a video sample. if there are more sprites done from this man we advanced mugen guys can make it reality.
he looks way to skinny imo, and his shoto attire is a turn off, maybe something like what he wears in sf4 woulb be a little better? but the facial features and animation looks very good.

well, if alexlexus gonna make mugen from those sprites, I think you should make it with real SF style. I never like mugen 'cause it contain characters that is not from SF, like in the vid. Evil ryu can be excepted, but riot ken, red cyclone, karin as ahin? And then “riot ken” fight as a machine with skill that I’ve never seen in SF before, like he go thru gouken’s body and then gouken on fire? Dude, I know that’s what mugen is but if you have read this, please make a SF mugen with SF style.
When I said that “riot ken” fight as a machine, I mean his moves are too fast, and in SF when jump up, we can only throw a punch or a kick, but in this one, he can throw about 10 punch and kick, that makes the combo meter longer but it lack SF style

if i get those sprites i can make him true sf4 with no problem. easy to code as my gouken can do that already but i disabled it. i made gouken way before sf4 ever was reported to be in development. so this is why mine isnt sf4 styled.

They’re not downloadable mugen characters, just sprites.
Also, some of y’all are kinda asking alittle too much of him. He would love to make and see them animated but like he said, animation is pretty hard and would take too long to replicate the fluid animations of both SFIII and IV. Just because he made one sprite doesn’t mean he wants to make a full sprite sheet of over 900-1200 different sprites of them.

I gotta say again, awesome work Steamboy! A cool idea(if you feel like it, or have the time) would be SF2 styled Sf3 and SfIV characters.

Lovin’ the work you did on all of these sprites. Looking through the thread I didn’t see this question asked, but have you considered doing any Alpha characters in this style (Rolento, Cody, Karin, etc.)?
