I would prefer for Kizaru to be the new fleet admiral. Aoikiji is too lazy and Akainu is too ruthless, either one would cause drastic changes in how the marines operate. Kizaru is indifferent for the most part and would seemingly keep the marines running in the same way they have always been.
By the way he talks we wouldn’t know if he would be serious or joking or rhetorical. 
Of course they are, that’s a given. What I’m interested in is just how prominent and powerful she is.
I’m sure akainu is the Fleet Admiral simply because of the drastic actions he took during the war, also because for storyline purposes he creates the most conflict. The New World is probably more dangerous than it was 2 years ago, and sakazuki’s no-nonsense attitude probably suits this era.
It is probably Akainu, since they mention that the new Fleet Admiral move Marine HQ into the New World to better fight the pirates. If there is one thing I think in regards to Kizaru, dude is more opportunist then straight up let’s go fight kind of guy. Even with the vacuum left by Whitebeard, you got Blackbeard and probably some of the Supernovas running wild along with the remaining emperors. Doubt it is his cup of tea.
Meanwhile, I hope the Sunny is ok, I just realized one thing this manga needs a little more of is ship to ship combat or a boarding raid.
Kizaru IMO is the most dangerous of the Fleet Admirals but the laziest one. Kizaru has the power to wipe out folks in an instant but he would rather toy with you and watch you suffer. He doesn’t take himself seriously which is a damn good thing dude is like Superman and the flash combined . So him being fleet admiral is a no no he is good to have on the frontlines along with Akainu. Dude is just to much of an asset and he is now one of the most feared men in the world. He went TOE TO TOE with WHITEBEARD and put in some serious damage he also killed Portgas D. Ace an infamous and well known pirate with one punch add in that he nearly killed Luffy and Jimbei and he also beat Curiel and various Whitebeard Pirate commandeers. He is a force to be reckoned with and feared. Aokiji is the FA dude when he is willing will put his foot down
Like The Damned said, Kizaru’s personality is what what balances out the brokeness of his power. If someone like akainu possessed the Light Light Fruit, the golden age of piracy might have ended before it even started. Everyone would get Moonraker’d.
But to be honest, if you had a power of such awesomeness, it would be hard not to be trollish. I mean he’s invulnerable 99% of the time, can move at the speed of light, and can casually blow up anything he chooses. What? Me worry?
Oh and I also want to know the Pan-Fleet Admiral’s power…
Kizaru and Aoikiji are both laid back but for two entirely different reasons. Kizaru is indifferent while Aoikiji is just lazy. The one I fear is Akainu for his ruthlessness, I just hope we find out who it is soon and how it will affect marine activity. Sengoku did nominate Aoikiji which is something to note.
Pan Fleet Admiral? Don’t you mean Commander in Chief? If I remember correctly the former was just a mistranslation with the later being the correct title.

I’m not too sure on all that - that fact that Raleigh was able to stop his attack with a normal haki powered ‘kick’ means that not only can logia users be ‘stopped’ by haki, but also ‘hit’ with it.

I wonder how is Magellan doing. He beat the whole blackbeard group then got jumped later by blackbeard pirates+ shiryu+prisoners from level 6. Dude is too strong
I wonder if its going to be Coby or Smoker chasing Luffy around, just like Garp chassed Roger around.
I think Smoker will chase him around, guy has been since the beginning wont stop now I’ll say that. Coby will prolly just pay him a visit every now and then like Garp did.

I say both. Smoker will be the big threat and a water mark for Luffy’s skills, Coby will be right there but won’t really start catching up and being a threat until towards the end.
Hell, Coby will probably wind up taking out one of the Supernovas.
