This is in my opinion, to date, the CRAZIEST one piece arc. If Rob Lucci come back its over.
Speaking of Lucci (who I don’t really understand the hype about as he fell to Luffy no gimmicks pre time skip) what’s the number two spot Marineford or Enies Lobby?
Marineford was cooler but Enies was more solid all around.
Also kinda upset that Sanji isn’t really on par with Zoro or Luffy.
I know they’re the 3 beasts but it’s more like 2 and a half beasts (that’s right l just got that corny)
Well Both Luffy and Zoro got trained by living legends that are feared and respected by everyone.

So you can’t really blame him for not being on par with the future Pirate King and his first mate.
Porbably been said before but why hasnt Sanji learned Tekkai, Rankyaku or Busoshoku Haki ( Koka - hardening)? if not why not?
Meh, I think he has, but not directly. His kicks while on fire IMO more than likely have some ‘degree’ of haki in them. Haki takes time to develop (remember skypedia arc) - and trying to compare anyone to what Luffy has don, especially considering who tutored him and his bloodline…just isn’t fair.
Also, like Rayleigh explained, everyone is born with an aptitude for a certain type of Haki. In Sanji’s case he has better Observational Haki, especially when concerning the ladies. heh
Sanji is also another example of an Armaments Haki user that doesn’t visibly use hardening when striking. Remember how he destroyed one of the Pacifistas in one hit post-timeskip?
As for why he didn’t learn Rokushiki, because I don’t think Oda wanted them to just x-copy CP-9, but just integrate the techniques that suited them the most. (Luffy/Soru, Sanji/ Geppou) I’m sure later on in the series we’ll see more techniques similar to what they have though.
It’d be nice to see Robin learn Shigan, it would compeiment her ability nicely.
Robin and Usopp are like Tien and Yamcha, the further the story progresses, the further they get from the characters that can actually compete.
In Dragonball Z humans can’t compete with all the SSJ bs, similarly, in One Piece, if you don’t have haki/devil fruit, you’re just a side character. Franky has his tech, but without haki, he’s not beasting a logia type.
Regardless of the offense Robin/Usopp get, their defense is too low without haki/DF.
Usopp needs to infuse his ammo with haki and poison and snipe people. Need more impact dial usage.
Sanji is a confirmed haki user.
Shit, Usopp got that Armament Haki on lock. No way he takes the beatings he takes and lives without some innate Haki use.
Nico Robin desperately needs to up her fight game or invest in some weaponry… She’s one of my favorite Straw Hats and watching her get mollywhopped every arc is tiring…
As smart as she is, she should have already realized this and made preparations.

I’m with you on that one. I mean out of the entire Rokushiki style, Shigan would be the most fitting for her (although the entire style is very compatible with the hana hana no mi itself).

Yeah right now Ussop only uses the dials to enhance his Kabuto’s firing capabilities, he needs to start using them Skypeia-style.
What Ussop needs to do first is to actually Snipe.
Right now he’s the only Sniper in existence to snipe while he’s standing 2 feet away from the target.
Actually, that would be kinda cool.
