Well Monet’s lack of shock or pity for Law shows that there was some plan involved. They probably knew Law was up to something.
(Yeah, she’s probably in on it even if Caesar isn’t.)
Caesar obviously did suspect something considering he pulled a gun on Law, which might be when Law was actually poisoned now that I think about it since pulling a gun seems…odd for a Logia. Caesar also made that comment about smart people being difficult to deal with even after buying Law’s explanation that Law wasn’t, at the time, in league with the Strawhats.
What’s funny abou5 all this to me, when Luffy ultimatly survives…his poison resistance will go up even more. He gets sublte power-ups…not the Bleach variety.

That boy Franky is becoming Donkey Kong, thinking barrels are the answer to all life’s problems.
Yeah, that is why I’m thinking some high level haki user with King disposition did it. Luffy’s face looks exactly like someone that got hit with it minus the massive foam at the mouth, I suspect the same for Law, since those around him are not affected either. Also CC was looking unprepared as fudge.
Also, mystery dude we will have to wait two weeks to possibily get a look at seems like it could be Vegapunk, that build, Law’s surprise and the background remind me of him.
this should not have been that funny to me. but im dying.
I’m siding on it being Aokiji. White pants, white shoes, long coat, able to see people’s breath, the fact that Law was shocked seeing him there and with Aokiji being gone for some time, I think its him.
My friend said what if its that bear guy that used to be in Law’s crew
5bucks says Luffy was tired from eating that huge dragon and is actually asleep. BTW anyone notice those awesome pointy shock faces CC showed on pages 10 and 12?

Just noticed but where the bounty hunters at? Can’t wait for the straw hats to deal with some high level bounty hunters. I also can’t wait or them to fight a stronger crew than Hordy’s was. Marines are kinda meh, we’ve seen the strongest of em. I want to see some of the strongest pirates in action from now on.
I complained about this a while back. So far in OP bounty hunters are fodder for EVERYONE; I don’t even understand why people even bother being bounty hunters because it has to be the shittiest job in the OP world next to random village elder or magistrate getting curb stomped by random pirate crews.
I still cling on to the hope that we’ll see some crazy strong bounty hunters in the new world who would give a yonku a run for their money.
The shichibukai and other pirates often bounty hunt, from what I’ve gathered.
Too bad it’s on break this week…
I just wanna see bounty hunters like Zoro used to be though. Pure bounty hunters, just high level and well known. That would be really cool.
Well what bounty hunter would be high level enough to hang in the New World really?
You’d think most bounty hunters good enough to hang in the New World would get picked up by the Navy. If they work to get money, most could probably be hired.
I know, but it would still be cool if they had atleast one/ a group bounty hunter(a) come after their heads.
They’ve delt with:
The Navy
Other Pirate crews
A mysterious mist(Not sure if canon
Memory erasing (Not sure if canon)
Island bad guy
Secret Organization
Ghouls and Zombies
I don’t think writing in one/ a group of bounty hunter(s) after they’re heads is too much to ask. Bounty Hunters are like the coolest people right after Pirates, but here the only good one we have seen is Zoro, and he was a pirate the second he even got to do anything.
I’d like some Bounty Hunters.
Lets not forget that we don’t know the backstories of many of OP’s strongest characters. Zoro and Laffite used to be top class bounty hunters and can hang in the new world, and I’m sure there are others who abandoned the profession.
No lie, Zoro was a scrub pre time skip… I don’t think that he would have lasted long agaonst some of those pirates in the new world. If you look at zoro at the beginning of the series and then look at him in the thriller bark arc, it looks like he is already much stronger than he was at the beginning.
Are the yeti cool brothers bounty hunters?
