I liked this chapter i was shocked that the citzens finally got the courage and guts to say they dont want to live in the darkness and they want to live on the surface.This is gonna be epic now they are gonna have to fight in away to minimize damages to the fishmen and merpeople since shit is about to get hectic.
Of course theyāre going to meet Lolaās mom. Probably will be bad blood too until they realize who they both are.
Whatever change happens due to Luffyās destruction of Fishman Island will be for the better. I just wonder where the Poneglyph and Sun Tree fit in all this?
Oh and letās not get too brash, Hodi wasnāt one-shotted so easily, especially after the upgrade. That was a badass owning though.
The Sun Tree (or Eve I think they called it) is the reason why despite being many many leagues under the sea, people can actually see while they are under water where the Fishman island is at.

Iām pretty sure that Hodi isnāt unconscious again. Even Blackbeard had those eyes when Luffy hit him, addition pain weakness of his Logia aside. Iād imagine that being kicked in the chest at like 100+ mph with enough force to fly into and possibly through a building hurts a bit, especially if itās the same area where someone slashed you hard enough for you lose unconsciousness just a couple of hours later.
Also, yeah, Wellman, thatās just what Chopperās original form looks like now considering how quickly most animals grow compared to us humans. Although I wonder why heās in his original form alreadyā¦

Between keeping such an insane request AND Vander Decken trying to kill her so often to point where she had to stay locked inside a tower, that girl had to be utterly miserable and, yet, sensitivity aside, it doesnāt seem like she ever came close to spilling the secret; having no real idea that Hodi would go this far probably just makes her feel even worse.
Weird how I usually hate such completely naive characters yet Otohime and Shirahoshi have grown on me. I guess thatās just One Piece.
Anyway, I find it hilarious that Namiās chewing out Luffy for ruining the plan when Neptune was about to be executed. I wonder what they had planned beyond what they already accomplished, especially given how good Namiās invisibility seems to be nowā¦[/details]

We saw flashback ā¦ his past ā¦ his dream for fishman/human to get along (well shared/inspired from queen and the legendary fish dude)ā¦ and somewat āpromiseā to ace to look after luffy, he canāt stay with the other fishman coz heās an ex-shichibukai and government after him now and would put other fish people in danger if he stayed ā¦ and the final kicker ā¦ he looks bad-ass and fits in with the crew in the group shot in final panel of chapter 633
I really hope jimbei doesnāt join heās the lamest fucking character Iāve ever seen. Sirashoshi was also in the flashback and in the group shot. Iād prefer her 100000x times over jimbei lame fuck ass.
The only problem with Shirahoshi is that she will have to stay with the Sunny all arc long and she would be the female equvialent of a giant Aquaman from the Super Friends.
The Starfish fashion designer has a more legit shot of joining the crew then either Shirarhoshi or Jinbei.
If I recall Oda said that Usopp would always be the weakest crew member so unless the starfish dude is hiding some amazing ability, his addition wouldnāt make sense.
My vote goes to Jinbei, the dude is a beast and has been shown to be the first post the two-year jump to go be able to go toe to toe with Luffy.

Iām with you on this. So instead of badass Fishman with cool Karate moves who can hold his own with the top 3, we want a useless Mermaid who is going to cry every episode or a starfish that serves NO purpose? LOL no.
