Psycho Crusher Omega: A more powerful version of the Psycho Crusher that uses two EX bars. After hitting his opponent with the Psycho Crusher, M. Bison can pound his enemy with an uppercut for an explosion of Psycho Power!
After the hit he even gets his trademark pose in! This also counts as a hit!
Psycho Sever: A new move—the fierce and EX versions give Bison the overhead he’s always wanted.
Now you can repeatedly pressure your opponents with Double Knee Presses, and then break through their defenses with the Psycho Sever.
The properties of Bison’s existing moves have been changed, and with new command normal and special moves you’ll have fresh new ways to play Bison!
You know the Psycho Sever is really what it needs now. Something he can open them up with from his pressure game as it currently stands, and then combo off of it for big damage like Dudely for instance can, or Cammy, or Yun or Rufus, etc. He needs that. Hell I would be cool if they added just that move in with non-omega Bison. They at least he would finally have something to equal the damage output.
At least with this Omega mode it looks like we will be having some crazy fun though if nothing else.
I honestly think that change far.MP to 5 frame start up would be perfect and change this stupid 1 frame links into a regular 2 framer for his BnBs.
On top I would highly suggest to improve Skull Diver with longer active frames and maybe a better hit box … so that you atleast can not low profile it … + add more frame advantage to the EX version so that he gets enough charge and can combo Ultra 1 if he hits low enough.
Give MK SK 80+40 damage to boost his FADC combos a bit.
Give light PC 150 stun or 13 frame start up and being -6 on block
I don’t care for it since I can’t play it online or in tournaments.
Changing it to 5 frame and upping the damage by 5-10 would be great for him.

It seems he has:
1 - Altered Close HP
2 - Command Slash Down Kick that reflects + overhead
3 - EX Psycho with special pose
4 - EX Scissors doesn’t knockdown. Combos.
5 - New Medium Kick with heavy kick properties
6 - EX Headpress is teleport stomp
7 - Devil Reverse is much, much closer to the ground

Omega fixed a lot of issues for Bison…
OK, what I noticed so far…
Omega fixes issues. Lots of characters got buffed/nerfed.
Gouken’s tatsu only rises if he hits the first hit. Also, he doesn’t rise as high as before during EX Tatsu so he retains frame advantage.
T.Hawk’s condor dive lost its recoil so he keeps his offense.
Zangief’s kicks are a much needed ender to his strings.
Decapre, Deejay and Chun-Li don’t require charge anymore.
Hugo has a projectile (wind)
Honda’s Buttslam jumps lower so it’s more effective.
Yun’s Dive Kicks are slower.
As for system changes, Lvl1 focus deals knockdown
No red focus or Double Ultra
Hard knockdown from command grabs, throws and sweeps are now techable (goodbye akuma)
Bison got lots of fixes and LOTS of buffs
1 - Sweep’s startup looks faster to me. It’s a 30fps video with frameskip, but it seemed faster.
2 - There’s a variation of Medium Kick that deals Heavy damage and Heavy hitstun/hitpause. Looks like his SF2 HK.
3 - Heavy Punch engulfs the enemy in flames now.
4 - Teleport seems to be his old, uneferd one.
5 - Scissors looks the same. I hope it’s his +0 one. EX Scissors, however, works like CE one. I don’t know if i retains its invulnerability, but it doesn’t knock down AND it’s comboable on hit. I can’t measure the frame advantage, but seems to be more than +3.
6 - Psycho MAY not cross anymore on block. Pops the enemy higher, though, which means you can keep going after landing it.
7 - EX Psycho got a huge buff, however. 3 hits on block + goes into special animation on hit. Requires 2 ex bars, deals around 250 damage and puts the enemy near Bison, which is very important. Before, EX Psycho granted you an escape, but you couldn’t gain a momentum.
8 - Devil Reverse has 3 jump variations. He jumps lower and quicker in LP, for example, which greatly improves tha chances of actually hitting the enemy with the followup.
9 - Devil Reverse has a Stomp variation. Bison suddenly drops in Headpress pose. Hits 3 times and its hitstun may be enough to allow combos. Depending on how late you press the button, Bison will be able to crossup the enemy. Because Bison hits from above, the attack is safe against many AAs.
10 - EX Headpress is dangerous. Lost its invulnerability during startup frames, but quickly teleports to the enemy’s head and falls down stomping.
11 - Bison’s new special completes him in many ways. It’s his overhead kick that uses his backthrow animation. First, you now have a string ender choice when there’s no charge available. It’s input is reverse dp + kick.
12 - Heavy Psycho Sever version is an slow, knockdown dealer, overhead kick.
13 - I think all variations of hiw new kick versions can reflect projectiles. Fuck Akuma, Fuck Guile.
conclusion: Omega Bison is dangerous. VERY dangerous.
Can’t wait till monday. Another thing about his new stomp that I noticed from a video is that it might not be able to be low profiled anymore.
couple quick notes:
crouching LK can’t combo into itself anymore. Uhhh, why?
EX Scissor Kick has a slightly longer charge time than regular scissor kick for some reason. Doing jump HP, stand HP xx scissor kick is always going to give you regular scissor kick, not EX. If you do something like cr. LP, stand LP, stand LK, stand LK, stand MP you have enough time to charge the EX. You can of course combo after the EX Scissor Kick now too, but doing a long combo like that is going to scale the damage to hell anyway.

1 - Scissors still -1? (can Chun-Li punish it?)
2 - Scissors EX comboable into Cr.LK, Cr.MK, S.MK?
3 - Scissors EX still projectile invulnerable?
4 - EX Psycho changed on block?
5 - Can Devil Reverse -> Headpress be punished by Ultra SPD?

- Chun’s MK super does NOT appear to be able to punish Bison, so it looks like it’s back to being 0. Setting dummy to jump straight up after LK scissors also seems to make both Bisons jump and land at the same time.
- It has zero projectile invulnerability, and only goes about half screen. Meh.
- It’s punishable by regular SPD’s. -2?

Didn’t know you could fit a cr.MP after EX scissors or a cr.MK after the overhead (tbh I assumed it was an overhead, didn’t test it).
