I haven’t preregistered yet but I do plan on going, just need to figure out who I’m riding with. You got an open spot Josh? Also, does anyone know when preregistration closes? I don’t mind paying $25 at the door if I have to, but if I can preregister kind of late (like say the 25th or 26th), that would be perfect.
As of now I’ll probably just enter in SSFIV and maybe ST and T6.
I was over by some school the other day off of Puget and Bethel, getting my old SE stick back from a friend. I saw one of the twins outside mowing a lawn. I yelled but you didn’t hear me.
Saturday night, I show up at this party a bunch of my friends invited me to, start playing beer pong. I turn around, and I see this short little dude with snake bites and immediately recognize him as that Tony guy from OCC a few weeks ago. Apparently the people who live at the house had met him at Denny’s earlier that day, and they decided to let him live with them. He was pretty unanimously disliked by the vast majority of the people there. Tekken 6 was present, on two Xbox pads, and he wouldn’t play. Once again,
You should have stop by Mother Russia im only a few blocks away…
Oh ok thanks guys, i’ll let Julian know that pretty much all of us has already pre-registered…This is a great turnout & should have been like this since the beginning. Lets have a strong showing so peeps will start coming to the monthly tourney…
Mother Russia will be open this Friday & strongly urge we actually start playing seriously…I will allow Shit Fighter IV to be played too since you guys probably need the practice.
Someone bring their console too so we can have all the games running at all stations…
New rule in mother russia
Dont be like these guys to my babies

So i went to Seattle for a day to visit my friend Justin (that guys with tattoos and piercings who showed up and gave me crap) and while I was there I of course took a trip to the arcade. Being aware of how much damage can be done by pressing buttons too hard or mashing the stick too much I was quite gentle with the setup when I was up (which is usually how I play anyway with my stick, I like my buttons sensitive) but because of the ware and tear on the buttons and stick already I lost several close matches by being too gentle with the buttons and stick, you could actually hear me press the buttons and nothing would come out but with a ‘firm’ touch my moves would come out. I suppose this speaks more to my inability to adapt to things I’m not used to but still - Damn mashers!
Okay so we all know that most of us are going to Battle For Seattle. Now we just need to know how we are going to get there and who needs a ride. So my brother and i our going to car pool with Josh.
Kevin Mao - MvC3, SSF4, ST, VS, and maybe MK9 or T6. Thinking about it.
Just wanted to see how many people are coming to Lopez’s Saturday. I am trying to get a head count so I know how much stuff to buy. If your coming to OCC tonight there is no need to post since I’ll see you there. But for anyone who can’t make it to OCC tonight let me know if your coming, if your gonna bring sides, etc… Thanks dude looks like the weather will hold up crosses finger. See ya guys later. Peace!
So my brother and I look into our garage and we do have a grill its old so it will do, there is some coal but we might need to buy more. Where can you buy more coal because I don’t know .
Who is coming over to Mother Russia? Im probably going to do some burgers & hotdog if i have any…Let me know so i know how many i need to make…Those who dont reply get to watch us eat…Anybody got tomatos?
Ryan, Jordan and I are planning on making it. Jay is still unconfirmed as of this moment, but we have been laying on the Communist pressure pretty thick. I have some chicken in the freezer I can bring if we’re talking a pre bbq-bbq
Sunday was a good day for our BBQ I’m glad it didn’t rain. I have to say josh chicken was DAME good I think it was the best chose there. Want to say thanks to lopez for letting us BBQ at his place and thanks to josh for the bringing the chicken.
On a related note I think Julian, Tournament Director of BFS, might need some extra hands for running stuff and junk. I am going to send him an email and ask. Even if this tourney doesn’t run too smoothly I would like us to not dismiss it so quickly. Its though running big tournaments and I would rather encourage than discourage. All of us looked pretty strong yesterday and I can say that we are a force to be reckoned with. Lets put ourselves on the map!
I could bring my 360 and games to Seattle. (also finally got MK9, yeah!)
On a related note: I’m going to bring my 360 to OCC on Thursday, it seemed to work nicely to have three setups at Lopez’s so it would be good to try that again. I can also bring my tv there, but if anyone else can bring their own conveniently, I would prefer not to lug too many things.
Nah dude don’t bring your tv. The gesture is nice but you already have to carry alot of stuff and public transportation isn’t the friendliest environment. Three set ups would be nice but I think we lack the space for it. Ryan might be able to talk to Gabi; It would be nice if we could pay some type of “venue” fee to have more space for what we wanna do. There is just so much stuff at OCC too bad Gabi can’t liquidate most of it.
