It also beats: SRK, Tiger Knee, Flame Kick, EX Headbutt, EX buttslam, everything Viper has, and I’m 100% sure it will also beat EX Devil’s Reverse, EX headstomp, and…well, fuck it…it will beat every one of Dictator’s escape options because he is airborne for all of them. Oh and it appears to crossup and hit even on the other side if Gief jumps over you.

If that IS the case…its going to be really really bad.
That means if Gief ever jumps in on you, you have to block and eat the mixup between lariat and SPD…or he gets free Ultra 2. At least, that is how I currently see it working.
